Գերմանիայի ԱԳ նախարարը ներկայացրել է Եվրոպայում խաղաղության պահպանման միջոցը
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԳերմանիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Հեյկո Մասը առաջարկել է նոր զինաթափման քաղաքականության հիմք դնել, քանի որ միայն այդպես է հնարավոր խաղաղություն պահպանել Եվրոպայում, վստահ է նա, փոխանցում է «ՌԲԿ»-ն՝ վկայակոչելով Spiegel-ին։
«Այժմ չկան երկու հաճախ կանխատեսելի, հավասարապես ուժեղ, իրար հակադրվող դաշինքներ: Անհամաչափությունը աճել է: Կոնվենցիոնալ եւ միջուկային սպառնալիքների միջեւ սահմանները անհետանում են»,-գրում է Մասը Spiegel-ի համար իր հոդվածում։ Նրա կարծիքով՝ այսպիսի մթնոլորտում միայն վստահությունը կարող է ապահովել անվտանգություն։
Վստահության կորստի պատճառը Ռուսաստանի կողմից հրաժարումն էր պատասխանել Միջին եւ փոքր հեռահարության հրթիռների մասին պահմանագրի խախտումների շուրջ մեղադրանքներին։ Նա նշել է, որ խնդրել է ռուս իր գործընկերոջը՝ ԱԳ նախարարին հետեւել պայմանագրի պայմաններին եւ չափազանց բաց լինել։ Սակայն Եվրոպան պետք է հիշեցնի այս մասին ոչ միայն Մոսկվային, այլ նաեւ Վաշինգթոնին։
Մասը հավաստիացրել է, որ ի տարբերություն Վաշինգթոնի Գերմանին մտադիր չէ նպաստել պայմանագրի ոչնչացմանը, այլ կաշխատի եվրոպական դաշնակիցների հետ դրա պահպանմանը հասնելու համար։
Առաջին հերթին անհրաժեշտ է տվյալների փոխանակաում ԱՄՆ-ի, Եվորպայի եւ ՌԴ-ի միջեւ, ինչպես նաեւ ռիսկերի ուսումնասիրություն, որոնք ունեն նոր սպառազինությունները։ Նա խոսել է նաև սպառազինությունների նոր տեսակների արգելման անհրաժեշտության մասին։
Հոկտեմբերին ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը հայտարարել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ն կարող է դուրս գալ ՄՓՀՀՀ-ից։ Պայմանագրի ճակատագիրը քննարկվել է ԱՄՆ նախագահի ազգային անվտանգության հարցերով խորհրդական Ջոն Բոլթոնի Մոսկվա կատարած այցի ժամանակ։ Ապա ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավորվը հայտարարել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ն որոշել է դուրս գալ ՄՓՀՀՀ-ից, այն կձեւակերպվի մոտակա ամիսներին։
