ԱԱԾ-ն բացահայտել է թմրամիջոցների մաքսանենգությամբ զբաղվող հանցավոր խումբ

 Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության և մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարին ուղղված իր գործառույթների իրականացման շրջանակներում բացահայտել և վնասազերծել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցների մաքսանենգությամբ և ՀՀ տարածքում իրացմամբ զբաղվող ևս մեկ հանցավոր խումբ: Այս մասին  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԱԾ մամուլի կենտրոնից:

Մասնավորապես, ՀՀ ԱԱԾ օպերատիվ ստորաբաժանումների կողմից իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն` Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության 3 քաղաքացիներ ՀՀ-ում իրացնելու նպատակով հայ-իրանական սահմանի «Մեղրի» մաքսակետով մաքսանենգ եղանակով ներմուծել են առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի «ափիոն» տեսակի թմրամիջոց, որը հետագայում թաքցրել են Երևանում վարձակալած բնակարանում: ՀՀ-ում մնացած 2 հանցակիցները, որոնք գտնվել են ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցների օպերատիվ վերահսկողության ներքո,  2018 թվականի նոյեմբերի 2-ին Երևանում փորձել են իրացնել 1454 գրամ քաշով «ափիոն» տեսակի թմրամիջոց, սակայն խմբաքանակը փոխանցելու պահին բռնվել են:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտի կողմից հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ԻԻՀ քաղաքացիներ Է.Կ-ն և Հ.Բ-ն ձերբակալվել են, իսկ նրանց բնակության վայրերում կատարված խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել է ևս 9 գրամ քաշով  «ափիոն» տեսակի թմրամիջոց:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում հանցավոր խմբին առնչակից մյուս անձանց ինքնությունը պարզելու և հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
