«Մարտի 1»-ի գործով ոստիկանության փորձագետը երկու ամսով կալանավորվեց. նա մեղադրվում է ապացույցներ կեղծելու մեջ
SOCIETYԵրեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը նոյեմբերի 2-ի երեկոյան որոշում է կայացրել «Մարտի 1»-ի գործով ապացույցները կեղծելուն օժանդակելու մեջ մեղադրվող դատաձգաբան–փորձագետին երկու ամսով կալանավորելու մասին՝ բավարարելով ՀՔԾ–ի միջնորդությունունը։ Այս մասին NEWS.am–ին հայտնեցին ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունից։
Նշենք, որ Ա. Հ–ի նկատմամբ հայտարարված է հետախուզում:
Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ փորձագետ Ա. Հ.-ն օժանդակել է Մարտի մեկի քրեական գործով հանցագործության հետքեր պարունակող, դեպքի վայրի զննություններով հայտնաբերված եւ վերցված ապացույցների կեղծմանը։
Նշենք, որ Մարտի մեկի գործով դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննության կատարումը վերապահված է եղել ՀՀ ոստիկանության փորձաքրեագիտական վարչության փորձագետ Ա. Հ.–ին։ Ըստ գործի նյութերի՝ փորձագետը, օժանդակելով Մարտի մեկի գործով քննչական խմբի ղեկավար Վահագն Հարությունյանին, նրա կազմակերպմամբ եւ անմիջական ցուցումներով դաշտում կրակված փամփուշտների պարկուճներով փոխարինել է դեպքի վայրի տարբեր տեղամասերի զննությամբ հայտնաբերված ու առգրավված իրական պարկուճները: Հետագայում կեղծված ապացույցների հետազոտման արդյունքներն Ա. Հ.-ն ամրագրել է իր կողմից տրված՝ փորձագետի 2008 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 29-ի ակնհայտ կեղծ եզրակացությունում, որն էլ, որպես կեղծ ապացույց, 2008 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 30-ին կցվել է քրեական գործի նյութերին եւ դրվել շրջանառության մեջ։
Նշենք, որ Ա. Հ.–ն ՀՀ ոստիկանության փորձաքրեագիտական վարչության դատաձգաբան-փորձագետ Արթուր Հովհաննիսյանն է, ով ժամանակին աշխատել է նաեւ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության փորձագիտական կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ–ում։
Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ՝ նոյեմբերի 2–ին Երեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը բավարարել էր նախաքննական մարմնի միջնորդությունն ու որոշում կայացրեց երկու ամսով կալանավորել Մարտի 1-ի գործով քննչական խմբի նախկին ղեկավար Վահագն Հարությունյանին։ Հարությունյանը ներկայումս գտնվում է Մոսկվայում, նրա նկատմամբ նույնպես հայտարարված է հետախուզում։
