Բնական մորթուց առարկաները նոյեմբերի 1-ից դրոշմավորվելու են. ներդրվել է փորձնական ծրագիր
SOCIETYՀՀ կառավարության որոշմամբ 2018 թվականի նոյեմբերի 1-ից մինչև դեկտեմբերի 31-ը ներառյալ ներդրվել է «Հագուստի առարկաներ, հագուստի պարագաներ և այլ արտադրատեսակներ բնական մորթուց» ապրանքային դիրքում ներառված հսկիչ (նույնականացման) նշաններով ապրանքների դրոշմավորման ներդրման փորձնական ծրագիրը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, որոշման համաձայն՝ դրոշմավորման ենթակա են Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության արտաքին տնտեսական գործունեության ապրանքային անվանացանկ (ԵԱՏՄ ԱՏԳ ԱԱ) դասակարգչի հետևյալ ծածկագրերին դասվող ապրանքատեսակները:

Փորձնական ծրագրի շրջանակում ապրանքների հսկիչ (նույնականացման) նշաններով դրոշմավորման պարտավորություն կրում են ՀՀ-ում նշված ապրանքատեսակներ արտադրողները և ներմուծողները, ինչպես նաև արտադրող կամ ներմուծող չհանդիսացող՝ նշված ապրանքներ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում օտարող կազմակերպությունները և անհատ ձեռնարկատերերը:
Հսկիչ (նույնականացման) նշաններ ստանալու նպատակով դրոշմավորման պարտավորություն կրող անձինք 2018թ. նոյեմբերի 1-ի դրությամբ գույքագրում են իրենց մոտ առկա դրոշմավորման ենթակա ապրանքների մնացորդները և դրանց համապատասխան՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությանն առընթեր պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահի 2017 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 28-ի N 445-Ն հրամանով սահմանված կարգով հարկային մարմին են ներկայացնում հսկիչ (նույնականացման) նշանների ձեռք բերման հայտ: Հաշվի առնելով, որ ներկայումս հսկիչ (նույնականացման) նշանների ձեռք բերման համար վճարում նախատեսված չէ, փորձնական ծրագրի շրջանակում ապրանքների դրոշմավորման պարտավորություն կրող անձանց հսկիչ (նույնականացման) նշանները տրամադրվում են անվճար:
Փորձնական ծրագրի ժամանակահատվածում ապրանքների հսկիչ (նույնականացման) նշաններով դրոշմավորման կանոնների, դրոշմավորման հետ կապված այլ պարտավորությունների խախտման համար ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված պատասխանատվություն չի կիրառվում:
