«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Քաղաքական ուժերն ինտենսիվորեն պատրաստվում են արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին, ցուցակներ են կազմում, բանակցություններ են վարում անհատների և այլ կուսակցությունների հետ, ուսումնասիրություններ են անցկացնում՝ հասկանալու ընտրողների իրական տրամադրությունները: Մեր տեղեկություններով, բավական բարդ կացության մեջ է վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: Մի կողմից, ինչպես արդեն առիթ ունեցել ենք նշելու, ՔՊԿ–ի ցուցակ մտնելու համար լուրջ հերթեր են, ոմանք ջանքեր են գործադրում վարչապետի մոտ իրենց լոբբինգն իրականացնելու, մյուս կողմից, սակայն, խնդիր է դրված այնպիսի անձանց ընդգրկել ցուցակի վերնամաս, որոնք իրենց խոսքերով ու պահվածքով առկա վարկանիշային կապիտալը կարճ ժամկետում չտապալեն: Պակաս կարևոր չէ նաև վարկանիշային ընտրակարգի գործոնը, քանի որ ինչքան էլ Փաշինյանի «համապեական» հեղինակությունը մեծ է, դժվար է ունենալ 100–ից ավելի չվարկաբեկված թեկնածուների, որոնք Փաշինյանի անունից զատ նաև սեփական հեղինակությունն ունեն: Մեր աղբյուրները պնդում են, որ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների միջոցով որոշակի փոփոխություններ կարվեն նաև պաշտոնատար անձանց շրջանում, այսինքն՝ ոմանք կտեղափոխվեն ԱԺ: Ի մասնավորի, պատգամավորական մանդատ կստանան Վերահսկողական ծառայության ղեկավար Դավիթ Սանասարյանն ու ԱԽ քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը:

Մեր տեղեկություններով, քիչ չեն այնպիսիք, ովքեր համառորեն փորձում են տեղավորվել ՔՊ–ի ցուցակում՝ ըստ էության կապ չունենալով կուսակցության և հեղափոխական շարժման հետ: Օրինակ, մեր աղբյուրի պնդմամբ, առայժմ անպտուղ, բայց նման փորձեր անում է արդարադատության նախկին նախարար Հովհաննես Մանուկյանը: Ի տարբերություն նրա, կարծես թե հաջողությամբ են պսակվում ՀՀԿ խմբակցության նախկին ներկայացուցիչ Շիրակ Թորոսյանի ջանքերը: Մեկ այլ ջավախքցու՝ Տաճատ Վարդապետյանի ճակատագիրը դեռևս անհայտ է:
