POLITICSԿարծում ենք, որ ծառայողական մեքենաների քանակն էապես կկրճատվի: Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում 2019 թ-ի բյուջեի քննարկմանն ասաց ֆինանսների նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Ատոմ Ջանջուղազյանը՝ պատասխանելով «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Միքայել Մելքումյանի հարցերին:
«Ծառայողական ավտոմեքենաների կրճատումը մշտական ուշադրության կենտրոնում գտնվող հարց է եղել, հիմա էլ ուշադրության կենտրոնում է: Որոշակի լուծումներ գտել ենք, բայց, քանի որ վերջնական չէ, չեմ ցանկանա թիվ հրապարակել: Ասեմ նաև, որ սա չի նշանակում, որ ծառայողական նպատակով մարդկանց տեղաշարժվելը չի փոխհատուցվի»,- հայտնեց նախարարի պաշտոնակատարը:
Անդրադառնալով պետական համակարգի անարդյունավետության, չհիմնավորված կառույցների առկայության խնդրին՝ Ատոմ Ջանջուղազյանը նշեց. «Կառուցվածքային ստորաբաժանումների մասով, եթե այն ժամանակ դրանք ստեղծվել են, ունեցել են իրենց բացատրությունը, և հիմնավոր է եղել իրենց ստեղծումը, բայց հիմա իրենց արդիականությունը կորցրել են, և պետք է դադարի որոշների գործունեությունը»:
Մ. Մելքումյանի այն հարցին, թե քաղաքական հեղափոխությունից հետո տնտեսության կառուցվածքային փոփոխություններ լինելու են, ֆինանսների նախարարի պաշտոնակատարն ասաց, որ բյուջեում շեշտը դրված է ներդրումների և արտահանելի ճյուղերի խթանման վրա:
Նա նաև հայտնեց, որ հունվարի 1-ից նախատեսված շրջանառության հարկի 115 մլն դրամ շեմի՝ 58.35 մլն դրամի իջեցումը մնալու է:
Նրա խոսքով՝ ակնկալվում է, որ պարտքային գործառնությունների արդյունքում պարտքի մեծությունը կկազմի 6 միլիարդ 953 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար կամ ՀՆԱ-ի 49,7 տոկոս:
«Այլ կերպ ասած՝ այն նպատակադրումը, որ կապված էր պարտքը կայունացնելու հետ, ակնկալվում է, որ այս հարկաբյուջետային քաղաքականությունը հնարավորություն կտա արձանագրել»,-ասաց նա:
