SOCIETY«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
2017թ. տարեկան հայտարարագիր չներկայացրած հինգ անձ կա: Այս մասին «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում հայտնեց Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Սիրանուշ Սահակյանը:
Հետաքրքրվել էինք նաև, թե վերջին հինգ ամսվա կտրվածքով ինչպիսի՞ պատկեր է: Ս. Սահակյանը հայտնեց, որ այդ մասով վիճակագրությունը վարել են 2018թ. հունվարի 1–ից մինչև մեր հարցման օրը (հոկտեմբերի 29). «Պաշտոնի ստանձնման 596 հայտարարագիր է ներկայացվել. սահմանված ժամկետում ներկայացվել է 429–ը, ուշ ներկայացվել է 167–ը: Այս պահին դեռ ներկայացված չեն 74 հայտարարագրեր, բայց դա չի նշանակում, որ 74–ն էլ իրավախախտներ են: Կան մարդիկ, որոնց դեպքում հայտարարագիր ներկայացնելու ժամկետը դեռ չի լրացել, բայց պաշտոն ստանձնելու ուժով հայտարարագիր ներկայացնելու պարտականություն ունեն»:
Հարցին, թե 74–ի մեջ կա՞ առանձնացված թիվ, որը հստակ ընթացակարգը խախտողներին է վերաբերում, պատասխանեց. «Երկու տասնյակից մի փոքր ավելի անձինք կան, ովքեր խախտել են՝ ժամկետը լրացել է, բայց դեռևս չեն ներկայացրել: Իրենց առումով ևս իրավական գործընթացներ են ընթանում»: Ս. Սահակյանը հայտնեց նաև, որ հայտարարագիր չներկայացրած անձանց նոր ցուցակն առաջիկայում հրապարակվելու է:
Ինչ վերաբերում է պաշտոնը դադարեցնելու վերաբերյալ հայտարարագրերին, նա հայտնեց. «Պետք է 545 հայտարարագիր ստանայինք, սահմանված ժամկետում ներկայացվել է 320–ը, ժամկետի խախտմամբ՝ 225–ը: Այս պահին կա 146 նախկին պաշտոնյա, որոնց առնչությամբ իրականացվում են իրավական գործընթացներ, որ ապահովվի իրենց կողմից պաշտոնի դադարեցման հայտարարագրի ներկայացումը»:
