Ադրբեջանի բանակում 19-ամյա զինվոր է սպանվել

Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարության` Թովուզում տեղակայված զորմասերից մեկում հրազենով ինքնասպանություն է գործել Աղդաշի Շոր Դահնա գյուղից զինծառայության զորոկոչված ված 19-ամյա զինվոր Մուհամեդ Սիրաջլին: Սակայն, հանգուցյալի հարազատները պնդում են, որ նա սխավել է:
Այս մասին, հայտնում է «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի ադրբեջանական ծառայությունը:
Հանգուցյալի քեռին` Ֆիքրեթ Իսրայիլովը ռադիոկայանին պատմել է, որ իրենց զանգահարել եւ հայտնել են, որ Մուհամեդն ինքնասպանություն է գործել, եւ նրա մարմինը գտնվում է Գյանջայի թիվ 3 հիվանդանոցի դիարանում:
«Երբ եկանք այնտեղ, տեսանք նրա մեջքին գնդակի երեք վերք կա: Ինչպե՞ս կարող էր նա կրակել իր մեջքին, այն էլ երեք անգամ», -ասել է Իսրայիլովը:
Նրա խոսքով` Մուհամեդը տեսողության խնդիր է ունեցել եւ զինկոմիսարիտը հրաժարվել էր բանակ տանել, սակայն, տղան համառել է:
«2015 թվականի ապրիլի 10-ին նա մեկնել բանակ` ծառայության: Բայց նրան այնտեղ սպանել են», -ասել է Իսրայիլովը` նշելով, որ ծառայության 7 ամսվա ընթացքում Մուհամեդը ոչ մի անգամ չի բողոքել:
Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը եւ Ռազմական դատախազությունը դեպքի հետ կապված որեւէ հայտարարությամբ դեռեւս հանդես չեն եկել:
Վերջին շրջանում Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ շարքերում հաճախակիացել են արտակարգ դեպքերը, որոնք ծագում են զինծառայողների միջեւ հակամարտության հողի վրա:
Ադրբեջանը հաճախ առաջնագծում զինադադարը խախտելու կամ զինված ուժերի կողմից իրագործած դիվերսիոն գործողություններից հետո ունեցած իր կորուստները, որպես կանոն, ներկայացնում է որպես ոչ կանոնադրական հարաբերությունների, ինքնասպանության, անվտանգության կանոնների խախտման, անզգուշության, հիվանդության կամ ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարների արդյունք:
Թեեւ Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է սեփական զինուժում գրանցված մահվան դեպքերի ու արտակարգ պատահարների մասին տեղեկությունները թաքցնելու քաղաքականությունը, այդուհանդերձ, ՀՀ ՊՆ եւ ԼՂՀ ՊԲ կողմից սեփական միջոցներով ձեռք բերված տեղեկությունների, ինչպես նաեւ ոչ պաշտոնական աղբյուրների եւ սոցցանցերի հաղորդագրությունների համաձայն` տարվա սկզբից մինչ այժմ ադրբեջանական բանակի կորուստը կազմել է առնվազը 130 զինծառայող եւ 143-ից ավելի վիրավոր:
