Հենց որոշենք փոփոխել Քոչարյանի մեղադրանքը՝ կիմանաք. Սասուն Խաչատրյան
POLITICSՈրքանով ինձ հայտնի է Վահագն Հարությունյանը զանգահարել է քննիչներին և հայտնել, որ կարող է ասել իր գտնվելու վայրը , սակայն Հայաստան գալու մտադրության մասին չի բարձրաձայնել։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 1–ին կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում ասաց ՀՔԾ պետ Սասուն Խաչատրյանը։
Խոսքը Մարտի 1–ի գործով նախկին քննչական խմբի ղեկավար Վահագն Հարությունյանի մասին է, ում նախօրեին ՀՔԾ–ն մեղադրանք է առաջադրել ապացույցներ կեղծելու համար։
Հարցին, թե Վահագն Հարությունյանի հետ կապված բացահայտումով արդյոք կավելանա՞ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին մեղսագրվող արարքների քանակը, ՀՔԾ պետը պատասխանեց.
«Երբ մեղադրյալին մեղսագրվող արարքների քանակն ավելանում է, որոշում է կայացվում առաջադրված մեղադրանքը լրացնելու, փոփոխելու մասին, այս պահին նման որոշում կայացված չէ, հենց որոշենք, որ բավարար ապացույցներ կան, Քոչարյանի մեղադրանքը փոփոխելու, լրացնելու մասով, այդ մասին դուք կիմանաք»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Վահագն Հարությունյանն այս տարվա հուլիսին ազատվել էր Քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալի, հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչության պետի պաշտոնից։ Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-349-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով և նրա նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է միջազգային հետախուզում։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Մարտի մեկի գործով մեղադրյալի կարգավիճակում են նաև ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը, ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովը, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Միքայել Հարությունյանը։
