Սահմանամերձ Արփունքում կառուցվում է խմելու ջրատարի արտաքին ցանց
ECONOMICSԳեղարքունիքի մարզի Գեղամասար համայնքի սահմանամերձ Արփունք գյուղում 2018 թվականի սեպտեմբերի կեսերից մեկնարկել եւ ընթանում են խմելու ջրատարի արտաքին ցանցի կառուցման աշխատանքները: Ջրատարը կունենա 2660 մետր երկարություն:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրել է Գեղամասար համայնքի ղեկավար Հակոբ Ավետյանը, ծրագրի ընդհանուր արժեքը կազմում է 22 միլիոն 464 հազար դրամ, որում հիմնական ներդրումը պատկանում է «Երեւանի Ռոտորի ակումբ ինթերնեյշնլ» կազմակերպությանը: 3,2 միլիոն դրամ ներդրել է «Ջինիշյան հիշատակի հիմնադրամը», 960 հազար դրամ՝ Գեղամասարի գյուղապետարանը: Եռակողմ ու համատեղ ծրագրի շրջանակներում նախատեսվում է կառուցել մարման 6 դիտահոր, 3 աղբյուրակապ, 2660 մետր երկարության խողովակաշար, ինչի արդյունքում կնորացվի գյուղի խմելու ջրատարի արտաքին ցանցը:
«Արփունքի խմելու ջրատարի արտաքին ցանցը կառուցվել է նախորդ դարի կեսերին, ազբեստյա խողովակներով, որոնք քայքայված են արդեն ու հանգեցնում են մեծ կորուստների, ինչպես նաեւ՝ անկանոն ու անորակ ջրամատակարարման: Հիմնանորոգման խիստ կարիք ունեն նաեւ երեք աղբյուրակապերը: Հոկտեմբերի նախավերջին օրվա դրությամբ փորվել է ողջ խրամուղին 2660 մետր երկարությամբ, տեղափոխվել եւ զոդվել են պոլիէթիլենային խողովակները, կառուցվել են մարման հորերը:
Շինարարական աշխատանքների արագ ընթացքը խաթարվեց հոկտեմբերի 27-ին տեղացած առատ ձյան պատճառով, որի շերտը դեռ նստած է մնում սարում, որտեղով անցնում է գյուղը սնող խողովակաշարը: Եղանակային պայմանների բարելավման դեպքում շինարարական աշխատանքները կարող են ավարտվել մինչեւ տարեվերջ:
Իսկ եթե տարածքը չազատվի ձնածածկույթից, շինարարությունը կավարտվի եկող տարվա ընթացքում»,- ընդգծել է համայնքի ղեկավարը: Արփունք գյուղի վարչական ղեկավար Սարգիս Ասլանյանի հավաստմամբ՝ Արփունքի խմելու ջրատարի ներքին ցանցն ամբողջությամբ հիմնանորոգվել է 2003 թվականին:
«Գյուղը շուրջօրյա ջրամատակարարում ունի, սակայն այս ծրագիրը շատ կարեւոր ու կենսական էր մեզ համար, քանի որ արտաքին ցանցն արդեն դժվար էր շահագործվում, ազբեստյա խողովակաշարը քայքայվել էր, արտաքին ցանցի երեք ճյուղերից մեկը՝ խցանվել: Բարվոք վիճակում չէին նաեւ աղբյուրակապերը: Իսկ ներքին ցանցը տարբեր ծրագրերով հիմնանորոգել ենք ժամանակին: Այնպես որ, այս ծրագրի ավարտից հետո կանոնավոր ու որակյալ ջրամատակարարում կապահովենք բնակչության համար»,- նշել է Արփունքի վարչական ղեկավարը:
