Մի´ հրապարակեք մարդկանց կորած փաստաթղթերը համացանցում. Արդարադատության նախարարություն
SOCIETYՀաճախ սոցիալական ցանցերի շատ օգտատերեր իրենց էջերում կամ բաց խմբերում հրապարակում են մարդկանց կորած փաստաթղթերը (անձնագիր, նույնականացման քարտ, վարորդական վկայական եւ այլն)՝ դրանց տնօրինողներին գտնելու նպատակով՝ այդպիսով հանրայնացնելով մարդկանց կարեւոր անձնական տվյալները: Ավելին, հրապարակման հեղինակները կոչ են անում նաեւ տարածել տվյալ հաղորդագրությունը՝ այդպիսով մարդկանց առավել մեծ շրջանակի համար հասանելի դարձնելով փաստաթղթերի տիրոջ անձնական տվյալները:
Հասկանալով նման արարքի դրական միտումը. այն է՝ օգնել մարդկանց գտնել իրենց կորած փաստաթղթերը, այնուամենայնիվ, կոչ ենք անում խուսափել նման եղանակով կորած փաստաթղթերը վերադարձնելուց, քանի որ այդպիսով համացանցում տարածվում են մարդու մասին այնպիսի եւ այնքան տվյալներ, որոնք թույլ են տալիս հեշտորեն նույնականացնել նրա անձը, տվյալներն օգտագործել ոչ իրավաչափ կամ անձի կյանքին միջամտելու նպատակներով (օրինակ՝ ինքնության գողության համար (identity theft, кража личности)): Պետք է հիշել, որ այն, ինչ հրապարակվում է համացանցում, ըստ էության, միշտ մնում է հասանելի:
Վերոնշյալ մտահոգությունը հաշվի առնելով՝ ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության անձնական տվյալների պաշտպանության գործակալությունը խորհուրդ է տալիս այլ անձանց փաստաթղթեր գտնելու դեպքում դրանք հանձնել համապատասխան պետական մարմիններին, որոնք առավել օպերատիվ եւ անձնական կյանք նվազ ներխուժող կերպով կկազմակերպեն դրանց վերադարձը հասցեատիրոջը: Օրինակ՝ անձնագիր կամ նույնականացման քարտ գտնելու դեպքում հանձնեք այն մոտակա ոստիկանական բաժանմունք, վարորդական իրավունքը՝ Ճանապարհային ոստիկանություն եւ այլն:
Եթե, այնուամենայնիվ, որեւէ պատճառով չունեք այլ տարբերակ, քան սոցիալական ցանցի օգնությանը դիմելը, ապա գտնված փաստաթղթերը հրապարակելիս փակեք բոլոր այն տվյալները, առանց որոնց միեւնույն է, հնարավոր է գտնել կորած փաստաթղթի տիրոջը: Իսկ փաստաթուղթը վերադարձնելուց հետո հեռացրեք հրապարակումը սոցցանցից:
