ANALYSIS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը (հեղինակ՝ Լևոն Մարգարյան) գրում է
Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, երկար տարիներ երկրորդ և երրորդ նախագահների աշխատակազմում աշխատած, ըստ էության, ՀՀԿ–ի առանցքային դեմքերից մեկը՝ Վիգեն Սարգսյանը, օրերս ծավալուն գրառում էր կատարել Ֆեյսբուքում՝ անդրադառնալով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և նրա կառավարության վարած արտաքին քաղաքականությանը: Գրառման առիթը ԱՄՆ նախագահի խորհրդական Ջոն Բոլթոնի այցն ու հայտարարություններն էին, իսկ գրառման բովանդակության մեխը այդ այցը, հայտարարությունները, դրանց հայաստանյան իշխանությունների հնչեցրած պատասխանները:
Այն, որ Վիգեն Սարգսյանը բավական փորձառու մարդ է քաղաքականության մեջ և ի վիճակի է հնարավորինս հիմնավորված, փաստարկված ձևակերպել իր մտքերը, որևէ կասկած չկա: Դա ակնհայտ դարձավ նաև այդ գրառմամբ և դրան ի պատասխան հնչած, մեծամասամբ էմոցիոնալ ու անբովանդակ հակադարձումների համեմատությամբ: Սակայն խնդիրն այն չէ, որ առանձին վերցրած մեկ թեմայի շուրջ Վիգեն Սարգսյանի մտքերը կարող են ավելի փաստարկված լինել, քան դրանց արձագանքները իշխանության միջանցքներից: Խնդիրն այն է, որ Վիգեն Սարգսյանի՝ նոր իշխանության հասցեին հնչեցրած, միգուցեև փաստարկված քննադատություններից ու հին իշխանության վարած արդյունավետ քաղաքականության մասին մտքերից հետո պարզ հարց է ծագում՝ եթե ամեն ինչ այդքան լավ էր, պարոն Սարգսյան, ինչո՞ւ էր ամեն ինչ այդքան վատ: Կամ այլ կերպ ասած՝ եթե ամեն ինչ այդքան լավ էր, Հայաստանի վարած արտաքին քաղաքականությունն այդքան լավ էր, ընդհանրապես առաջ ամեն ինչ լավ էր, այդ ինչպե՞ս, որտեղի՞ց առաջացավ հեղափոխության պահանջարկը, ինչպե՞ս փլվեց ՀՀԿ–ն ու մինչև հիմա չի կարողանում ոտքի կանգնել:
Քաղաքականությունը ամբողջական պրոցես է: Գուցե առանձին դրվագներով նախորդ իշխանությունն ունի արված գործեր, որոնք կարող է ներկայացնել որպես օրինակելի ու դրանք հակադրել նոր իշխանությանը: Բայց դրանք կլինեն դրվագներ, գուցե շատ, գուցե քիչ, բայց դրվագներ, որոնցից ամբողջական պատկեր հավաքել հնարավոր չի լինի: Իսկ ամբողջական պատկերը, ամբողջական գործընթացը նախորդ իշխանությունը տանուլ է տվել, և այս փաստի հետ պետք է համակերպվել, ընդ որում, ինչքան շուտ ՀՀԿ–ն համակերպվի սրա հետ, այդքան լավ իր համար:
