SOCIETY«Սուրբ Աստվածամայր» բժշկական կենտրոնի վերակենդանացման բաժանմունք ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում հոկտեմբերի 17-ին ընդունված 5 տարեկան երեխան մահացել է 10 օրվա պայքարից հետո՝ հոկտեմբերի 27-ին:
Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ԲԿ-ի ֆեյսբուքյան էջում ներկայացված գրառումից, որով անդրադարձ է կատարվում այսօր տարածված տեղեկությանը, թե ԲԿ-ում բուժօգնություն ստացող Երևանի բնակիչ, 5-ամյա երեխան վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում հանկարծամահ է եղել: Գրառումը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.
«Երեխան տեղափոխվել է Երևանի այլ բժշկական կենտրոնից շտապ օգնության մեքենայով, անգիտակից վիճակում 3-րդ աստիճանի կոմա ախտորոշումով (Գլազգոի սանդղակով 3-4 բալ): Շտապ կատարվել են գլխուղեղի կոմպյուտերային տոմոգրաֆիա, ողնուղեղային պունկցիա, և ախտորոշվել է թարախային պնևմոկոկկային մենինգիտ: Երեխան անցկացվել է արհեստական շնչառության, և սկսվել է հզոր հակաբակտերիալ և համալիր բուժում:
Բուժման ընթացքում կազմակերպվել են բազմաթիվ կոնսիլիումներ Հայաստանի առաջատար մասնագետների` նյարդաբանների, նյարդավիրաբույժների, ռեանիմատոլոգների, մանկաբույժների, նեֆրոլոգների մասնակցությամբ: Ընթացքում զարգացել է պոլիօրգան անբավարարություն, և սուր երիկամային անբավարարության պատճառով 6 օրվա ընթացքում անց է կացվել պերիտոնեալ դիալիզ: Չնայած ամբողջ ծավալով կատարված ախտորոշմանը և վիճակին համապատասխան կատարվող արդի համալիր միջոցառումներին՝ բուժումը եղել է անարդյունավետ:
Ամբողջ բուժման ընթացքում բուժող բժիշկների և կոնսուլտանտների կողմից ծնողներին տրվել է մանրամասն բացատրություն երեխայի վիճակի ծայրահեղ ծանրության և սպասվելիք ելքի մասին:
Մինչ «Սուրբ Աստվածամայր» ԲԿ ընդունվելը երեխան հսկվել է տարբեր բուժ կենտրոններում, իսկ երեխայի մահանալուց հետո ծնողները դիմել են իրավապահ մարմիններին:
«Սուրբ Աստվածամայր» ԲԿ-ի վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում բուժման ընթացքի վերաբերյալ ծնողների կողմից որևէ դժգոհություն չի եղել, ինչի մասին վկայում է հոր մեկնաբանությունը:
«Սուրբ Աստվածամայր» ԲԿ – ի ամբողջ անձնակազմը խորը ցավակցություն է հայտնում երեխայի հարազատներին»:
