Դատախազությունն արդարադատության նախարարի գրությունն ուղարկել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտե

ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի կողմից ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազին հասցեագրված 2015թ. հոկտեմբերի 29-ի գրությամբ հայտնվել է, որ քաղաքացի Միխայիլ Մեսյանը դիմել է Շենգավիթ նոտարական տարածքի նոտար Վահագն Գրիգորյանին` 2014թ. դեկտեմբերի 12-ին կնքված առուվաճառքի պայմանագրով վճարման ենթակա 64.000 ԱՄՆ դոլար գումարը նոտարի դեպոզիտ հաշվից ստանալու խնդրանքով, սակայն նոտարը հրաժարվել է Միխայել Մեսյանին հանձնել գումարը:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունից, ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի գրությունը և կից փաստաթղթերը 2015թ. հոկտեմբերի 29-ին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության կողմից ուղարկվել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչություն` նշված հանգամանքները պարզելու նպատակով նյութեր նախապատրաստելու համար:
