ՀՀ ԱՆ աշխատակազմի հանրային առողջության և երեխաների առողջության պահպանման բաժինների ղեկավարները հանդիպել են Պարենի համաշխարհային ծրագրի (ՊՀԾ) հրավերով Հայաստան ժամանած ՊՀԾ տարածաշրջանային գրասենյակի սնուցման հարցերով խորհրդատու Միշել Դուրային` կազմակերպության աջակցությամբ իրականացվող «Դպրոցական սնունդ» ծրագիրը և ծրագրին առնչվող սնուցմա ն ու սննդի հարստացման առանձին հարցեր քննարկելու համար: 

Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից, նախարարության ներկայացուցիչներն ընդգծել են դպրոցական ճաշերի տրամադրման բացարձակ անհրաժեշտությունը, նկատի ունենալով, որ զգալի թվով երեխաների սնուցման վիճակն անբավարար է և, որ երեխաների մոտավորապես մեկ երրորդն է նախաճաշում դպրոց գնալուց առաջ: Ոստի, դպրոցական ճաշերն են ապահովում բազմաթիվ երեխաների ամենօրյա սնունդը և սնուցումը:

Հանրային առողջապահության համապարփակ քաղաքականության մեջ կարևորվել է սննդի հարստացումը` որպես սննդարար միկրոտարրերի անբավարարության հաղթահարման արդյունավետ ռազմավարություն: 

ՊՀԾ ներկայացուցիչն ընդգծել է սնուցման որակի կարևորությունն ազգային դպրոցական սննդի ծրագրում և այն աստիճանաբար ծրագրում ինտեգրելու անհրաժեշտությունը` սկսելով նախ և առաջ չոր թխվածքաբլիթներից ու հյութից, անցնելով առավել սննդարար ու բազմազան տաք կերակրի: Նա փաստել է, որ կազմակերպության ակտիվ ջանքերի շնորհիվ շատ դպրոցներ արդեն անցնում են տաք սննդի։ 

Հանդիպման մասնակիցները քննարկել են նաև ՀՀ կառավարության ալյուրի պարտադիր հարստացման ռազմավարությանը վերաբերող հարցեր: Միշել Դուրան առաջարկել է հանրային տեղեկատվությունը լրացնելու մի շարք միջոցներ, այդ թվում առողջության վրա սննդի հարստացման բարերար ազդեցության միջազգային հարուստ փորձին ծանոթանալու և սննդի հարստացմանը նվիրված միջազգային գիտաժողովների և այլ միջոցառումների հայ մասնագետներին առավել ակտիվորեն ներգրավելու միջոցով: 

Կողմերը պայմանավորվել են շարունակել համագործակցությունը սննդի հարստացման ոլորտում` համապատասխան օրենքների և լավագույն փորձի վերաբերյալ հրապարակումների փոխանակման միջոցով:
