ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանն աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն Է անցկացրել, որին մասնակցել են ոստիկանության պետի առաջին տեղակալը, քրեական հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչության պետը, Արարատի մարզային վարչության, ենթակա ստորաբաժանումների, ինչպես և Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության ներկայացուցիչներ։

 

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, խորհրդակցության ընթացքում քննարկվել ու վերլուծվել է Արարատի մարզի օպերատիվ իրավիճակը։

 

Ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարները Վալերի Օսիպյանին ներկայացրել են իրենց բաժինների սպասարկման տարածքում տեղի ունեցած, նախկինում կատարված հանցագործությունների բացահայտման ուղղությամբ տարվող օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքները։

 

Ոստիկանության պետն այդ ուղղությամբ կոնկրետ ցուցումներ է տվել՝ ևս մեկ անգամ հիշեցնելով, որ նախկինում կատարված հանցագործությունների բացահայտումն իր ուշադրության կենտրոնում գտնվող խնդիրներից է, ընդ որում՝ նշանակություն չունի հանցագործության հանրային վտանգավորության աստիճանը։

 

«Բոլոր դեպքերը պետք է անխտիր բացահայտվեն և հանցագործություն կատարած անձինք պետք է օրենքի տառին համապատասխան պատասխանատվության ենթարկվեն․ սա բխում է հանրային շահից»- խորհրդակցության ընթացքում նշել է Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը։

 

Ոստիկանության պետը հատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձրել նաև առանձնապես ծանր և ծանր հանցագործությունների բացահայտման աշխատանքներին՝ հանձնարարելով տեղերում ակտիվացնել համագործակցությունը նախաքննական մարմինների հետ։

 

«Անկախ իրավապահ կառույցի գործունեության ուղղվածությունից` մենք պետք է համատեղ ու հետևողական պայքար մղենք հանցավորության դեմ՝ օրվա ցանկացած ժամի և ցանկացած իրավիճակում ջանք չխնայելով օրենքով մեզ վերապահված լիազորությունները կիրառել քաղաքացիների կյանքի, առողջության, սեփականության դեմ հանցավոր ոտնձգություններին օպերատիվ հակազդելու համար»,- ամփոփել է Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը։
