Արցախում կկառուցվի «Սիդնեյ» թաղամաս
SOCIETY«Արցախ Րութս ինվեսթմենթ» ներդրումային ընկերությունն այս տարի նշում է իր գործունեության 10 տարին: Այս տարիների ընթացքում ընկերությունը գործունեություն է ծավալել Արցախում՝ իրականացնելով ներդրումային ծրագրեր գյուղատնտեսության, բնակարանաշինության ուղղություններով:
Ավելի քան 200 սփյուռքահայ գործարարներից կազմված «Արցախ Րութս ինվեսթմենթ» ներդրումային ընկերության ներկայացուցիչներն օրերս Արցախում էին՝ ծանոթանալու նախորդ տարիների գործունեության արդյունքներին, նախանշելու առաջիկա անելիքները: «Արցախ Րութս ինվեսթմենթ» հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի անդամ Վահան Գասարջյանը «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ Քաշաթաղում նախատեսում են նոր տներ կառուցել: Առաջարկ է եղել, այդ բնակելի հատվածն անվանել «Սիդնեյ» թաղամաս:
«Ներդրումային ընկերությունն իր ծրագրերն ընդլայնելու համար աշխատում է տարբեր երկրների ներդրողների հետ: Այս անգամ՝ աշխատելով Սիդնեյի մեր հայրենակիցների հետ, նրանց կողմից որոշում կայացվեց ներդրումներ կատարել Արցախում: Քանի որ բնակարանաշինության ծրագիրը կյանքի է կոչվելու ավստրալահայության միջոցներով, հետևաբար առաջարկ կա թաղամասը անվանել «Սիդնեյ»,-ասաց Վահան Գասարջյանը: Շուտով հոգաբարձուների խորհրդին կներկայացվեն Քաշաթաղի շրջանի Աղավնո բնակավայրի 20 և Քարվաճառ քաղաքի շուրջ 40 բնակարանների կառուցման նախագծանախահաշվային փաստաթղթերը:
«Մենք այս ընթացքում գործունեություն ենք ծավալել Քաշաթաղում, Շահումյանում: Ներդրումներ են կատարվել գյուղատնտեսության, բնակարանաշինության ոլորտներում: Արդյունքները գոհացուցիչ են, բավական աշխուժություն է մտցվել այդ թաղամասերում: Որոշներն այդ գումարներով նոր գյուղատնտեսական ծրագրեր են սկսում, որոշները եղածը ընդլայնում: Տների կառուցումն էլ նպաստում է տեղի բնակիչների թվի ավելացմանը: Արդեն բնակվողներ կան Սիրիայից, Լիբանանից»,-ասաց Վահան Գասարջյանը: Նոր կառուցվող տները լինելու են 2 կամ 3 սենյականոցներ: Տրամադրվելու են բազմազավակ ընտանիքներին, ազատամարտիկներին, նրանց, ովքեր Արցախ են տեղափոխվում բնակվելու համար, և այլն:
Վահան Գասարջյանն ընդգծեց, որ «Արցախ Րութս ինվեսթմենթ»-ը մի հարթակ է, որի միջոցով տարբեր երկրներից ցանկացողները ներդրումներ են կատարում Արցախում: Ներդրումային ճանապարհով նպաստում են, որ մարդիկ գան Արցախ բնակվեն, աշխատեն:
«Արցախ Րութս ինվեսթմենթ»-ը տարիներ առաջ իր գործունեությունը սկսել է 12 ներդրողով: Հիմա արդեն ներդրողների թիվը 200-ից անցել է: Հիմնական ներդրողները Լիբանանից են, կան Ֆրանսիայից, արաբական երկրներից, Ավստրալիայից և այլ երկրներից: Առաջիկայում նախատեսում են աշխատել ԱՄՆ-ի, եվրոպական այլ երկրների ուղղությամբ: Ներդրողները գումարներն Արցախի կառավարությանն են տրամադրում մատչելի տոկոսադրույքով: Կառավարությունն էլ իր հերթին որոշ հատվածը սուբսիդավորում է:
«Մեր հիմնական ներդրողները հայ են, նրանք հասկանում են, որ սրանք պարզապես բիզնես ծրագրեր չեն, գումար աշխատելու խնդիր չէ, այլ դրանով Արցախն են ուժեղացնում»,-ասաց նա:
«Արցախ Րութս ինվեսթմենթ»-ը մտադիր է անցկացնել ներդրումային համաժողով ներկայացնելու իր իրականացրած աշխատանքը:
