Վանաձորի Քիմիագործների այգին ցանկանում են անվանակոչել են Շ. Ազնավուրի անունով և այդ նույն այգուց 2700 քմ տարածք օտարել. Ք. Մարուքյան
SOCIETYՎանաձորի ավագանու հոկտեմբերի 26-ի նիստի օրակարգում է Վանաձորի Քիմիագործների այգին Շառլ Ազնավուրի անվան այգի վերանվանելու մասին նախագիծը:
Oրակարգում տեղ է գտել նաև Վանաձոր համայնքի սեփականություն հանդիսացող Տիգրան Մեծի պողոտայի թիվ 2/3 հասցեի 2700 քառակուսի մետր հողամասը մրցույթով կառուցապատման իրավունքով տրամադրելու մասին հարցը։
Ըստ նախագծի՝ հողամասը տրամադրվում է հանգստի գոտի կազմակերպելու համար 10 տարի ժամկետով՝ վարձավճարի մեկնարկային գինը սահմանելով ամսական 21628 դրամ:
Վանաձորի ավագանու «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Քրիստ Մարուքյանը կոչ է անում հանել օրակարգից, իր բնորոշմամբ, «խայտառակ» նախագիծը և միջոցներ ձեռնարկել այգիներն ու պուրակները նման երևույթներից մեկընդմիշտ մաքրելու համար:
«Շառլ Ազնավուրի հիշատակը հարգելով՝ ներկայիս Քիմիագործների այգին անվանակոչում ենք մեծանուն երգչի անունով և այդ նույն այգուց 2700 քառակուսի մետր տարածք օտարում կառուցապատման իրավունքով: Հիմա ո՞նց հասկանանք, որ այդ այգին վերածվում է ինչ-որ մեկի մասնավոր տարածքի, սա ի՞նչ հարգանքի դրսևորում է, այդպե՞ս են մարդու հիշատակը հարգում»,- նկատեց Ք. Մարուքյանը:
«Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավարը ենթադրում է, որ նախագիծը բերվել է օրակարգ Վանաձորի փոխքաղաքապետ, ավագանիում ՀՀԿ-ի հետ կոալիցիայի մաս կազմող «Հայկական վերածնունդ» խմբակցությունից Արկադի Փելեշյանի համար:
«Աճուրդի դրված տարածքը գտնվում է այդ նույն այգում տարիներ շարունակ կասկածելի հիմքերով գործող ռեստորանի հարևանությամբ, որը «պատահմամբ» պատկանում է գործող ՀՀԿ-ական փոխքաղաքապետ Արկադի Փելեշյանին:Կարելի է ենթադրել, որ վերջինս պարզապես ցանկանում է ընդլայնել իր «օբյեկտը»՝ վերացնելով քաղաքի հերթական այգին: Իր տարածքին կից, չեմ կարծում, որ այլ մարդ ցանկություն կունանա ինչ-որ բան անելու: Աճուրդը երբ հայտարարվի, դրանից էլ հայտնի կլինի, թե ովքեր են հավակնում այդ տարածքի վրա ինչ-որ բան կառուցել»,- նշեց նա:
Քրիստ Մարուքյանն այժմ հարցի նկատմամբ հանրային ակտիվություն է ակնկալում: Ըստ նրա՝ եթե լինի հանրային անհանդուրժողականություն կամ նմանատիպ դրսևորում, Վանաձորի իշխանությունները համապատասխան լայնախոհություն կունենան և հարցը կհանեն օրակարգից:
«Հիմա Շառլ Ազնավուրի անվան այգի՞ են ուզում, թե՞ հերթական «օբյեկտը»: Փորձում են «սղցնել»՝ ի թիվս այլ հարցերի. տպավորությունն այնպիսին է, որ կարող են նման որոշումներն աննկատ մնալ, անցկացնել, և հանկարծ մենք բախվենք իրականության հետ, թե՝ «գիտեք՝ դա քանի որ իր սեփականությունն է, ինքն այդտեղ իրավունք ունի կառուցապատելու»»,- ասաց Քրիստ Մարուքյանը:
