Քիչ առաջ գրությամբ դիմել եմ վարչապետին՝ աջ ղեկով ավտոմեքենաների սեփականատերերից ստացված դիմումի կապակցությամբ:

Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ԱԺ «Ելք» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Էդմոն Մարուքյանը։

Պատգամավորի ֆեյսբուքյան գրառումն ամբողջությամբ ներկայացնում ենք ստորև։

«Ինչպես շատերդ տեղեկացված եք, հոկտեմբերին ուժի մեջ մտած օրենքի պատճառով նրանք չեն կարողանում մաքսազերծել իրենց կողմից Հայաստան բերված աջ ղեկով մեքենաները: Ընդ որում, այդ խնդրին են բախվել կամ շուտով բախվելու են մոտ 2.500 քաղաքացի, իսկ Բագրատաշենի անցակետում այժմ 150-ից ավելի մեքենա է կուտակվել, որոնց սեփականատերերը չեն կարողանում մաքսազերծում կատարել: Ընդ որում, չմաքսազերծման յուրաքանչյուր օրվա համար կուտակվում է 10.000-ական դրամ տուժանք:

Մյուս կողմից, փորձելով լուծում գտնել, որոշ քաղաքացիներ փորձում են Վրաստանի տարածքում աջ ղեկը փոխել ձախի, սակայն մեծ պահանջարկի հետևանքով այդ ծառայության գինը կրկնակի աճել է, իսկ սեղմ ժամկետում նման փոփոխությունները կատարելու հետևանքով մեծապես տուժում է մեքենայի տեխնիկական անվտանգությունը, այսինքն՝ նաև երկրում երթևեկության անվտանգությունը:

 
 



Նշված օրենքն ընդունվել է նախորդ կառավարության օրոք և հիմնավորվել ոչ միանշանակ վիճակագրական տվյալներով: Կարծում եմ այն լուրջ վերանայման կարիք ունի, քանի որ աջ ղեկով մեքենաները մի կողմից բավականին մատչելի են, մյուս կողմից հիմնականում շատ լավ պահպանված, և դրանք հազարավոր քաղաքացիների ու նրանց ընտանիքների համար եկամտի հիմնական աղբյուր են հանդիսանում:

Այսպիսով, առաջարկել եմ հրատապ քննարկման դնել աջ ղեկով ավտոմեքենաների մաքսազերծման հարցն ու խնդրի լուծման տարբերակները:
