POLITICSԻմ քաղաքական գնահատականով՝ այսօրվա քվեարկությունը ի ցույց է դրել, որ խորհրդարանական արտահերթ ընտրություններն անխուսափելի են, և առանց դրանց իշխանությունը չի կարողանա որևէ քայլ անել:
Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջի ուղիղի հեռարձակման միջոցով հայտարարությամբ հանդես եկավ ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Ազգային ժողովն առաջին ընթերցմամբ չընդունեց «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ընտրական օրենսգիրք» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանադրական օրենքում լրացումներ և փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին նախագիծը: Կողմ էր 56 պատգամավոր, 3-ը դեմ էին:
Նշենք, որ օրենքը սահմանադրական է և հարկավոր էր պատգամավորների ընդհանուր թվի առնվազն 3/5-ի քվեն՝ 63 ձայն:
Փաշինյանն ասաց, որ «այսօրվա քվեարկությունը իրերի իրական դրությունն է ցույց տալիս»:
«Քաղաքական մեծամասնությունն ԱԺ-ում վարում է սաբոտաժի քաղաքականություն, և դա վերջին 20 օրվա ընթացքում մի քանի անգամ երևաց: Նրանք հույս ունեն, որ ԱԺ ընտրությունները կկարողանան վերածել ռևանշի գործիքի: Ըստ էության, եթե անգամ ԱԺ ընտրությունները տեղի ունենան գործող ԸՕ-ով, դա որևէ բան չի փոխում, որովհետև ժողովրդի հաղթանակն անխուսափելի է, և վերադարձ անցյալին չկա ու չի լինելու»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը:
Վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարը ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին կոչ արեց իրապես պատրաստվել արտահերթ ընտրությունների և իշխանափոխությունը հասցնել իր ավարտին:
«Ինչ ԸՕ-ով էլ անցնեն արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները, ժողովրդի հաղթանակն անխուսափելի է, և ռևանշ չի լինելու. վերադարձ անցյալին, վերադարձ կոռուպցիային չի լինելու: Դեկտեմբերին տեղի են ունենալու արտահերթ ընտրություններ»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը՝ հավելելով, որ ժողովուրդը հաղթել է անխուսափելիորեն:
