Եգիպտոսում կործանված ռուսական Airbus А321 մարդատար ինքնաթիռի բեկորների սկզբնական զննումը, ինչպես նաեւ խոսքային եւ հարաչափական ինքնագրիչների նախնական վերծանումը թույլ չեն տվել պարզել աղետի վերջնական պատճառը: Այս մասին, գրել Է «Կոմերսանտ&ra quo; թերթը՝ վկայակոչելով հանրանավի կործանման հանգամանքների հետաքննման ընթացքին ծանոթ մի աղբյուր: Նրա խոսքով՝ ինքնաթիռում ահաբեկչական գործողության վարկածը կստուգեն փորձաքննությունների միջոցով:
