«Անկախ դիտորդ» դաշինքը Հրազդանում և Վաղարշապատում մի քանի ընտրախախտումներ է հայտնաբերել
SOCIETY«Անկախ դիտորդ» դաշինքը Հրազդան և Վաղարշապատ քաղաքներում դիտարկվող 38 տեղամասային կենտրոններում ժամը 17:00֊ի դրությամբ արձանագրվել է մի քանի խախտումներ, որոնք ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.
- Դիտարկվող տեղամասային կենտրոններից 6-ում եղել են միևնույն թեկնածուի 2 վստահված անձինք
- 1-ում արձանագրվել են քարոզչական նյութեր
- 50%-ում տեխնիկական սարքավորումը դժվարությամբ է կարդացել անձը հաստատող փաստաթուղթը կամ մատնահետքը։
- 24-ում արձանագրվել են դեպքերը, երբ ընտրողը տվյալ տեղամասում գրանցված չի եղել, ինչը վկայում է այն մասին, որ ընտրողները տեղեկացված չեն եղել իրենց քվեարկության վայրի մասին։
- Ընտրողների ցուցակներին ծանոթանալու և այդ տեղեկատվությունը այլ անձանց փոխանցելու դեպքեր գրանցվել են 4 տեղամասում և կատարվել են՝ Հրազդան քաղաքում Սևակ Միքայելյանի վստահված անձի կողմից, Վաղարշապատ քաղաքում Դիանա Գասպարյանի, Վահե Մովսիսյանի, Սուրեն Մուրադյանի վստահված անձանց կողմից։
- 7-ում եղել են դեպքեր, երբ քվեախցիկում միասին եղել են մեկից ավելի անձինք՝ գերազանցապես տարեցներ
4-ում նկատվել են ընտրողի կողմից քվեաթերթիկի լուսանկարման դեպքեր։
- 18-ում նկատվել են վկայականը տեսանելի չկրող մարդիկ:
Դաշինքը նաև արձանագրել է.
1. ՀՀ Արմավիրի մարզի Վաղարշապատ քաղաքում գտնվող թիվ 14/11 տեղամասում արձանագրվել է քվեարկած քվեաթերթիկը լուսանկարելու մի քանի դեպք, դիտորդի պահանջով նկարները ջնջվել են։
2. Նույն տեղամասում արձանագրվել է, որ ՀՀ չգտնվող մեկ անձի տվյալների դիմաց ստորագրված է եղել, որը հայտնաբերել է վերջինիս եղբայրը, ով եկել էր նույն տեղամաս քվեարկության։
3. 14/12 տեղամասում Դ․ Գասպարյանի վստահված անձը խոչընդոտում է «Անկախ դիտորդ» դաշինքի դիտորդի՝ քվեարկության ընթացքը տեսանկարահանելու իրավունքի իրացման գործընթացը՝ հրելով դիտորդին՝ հորդորել է չնկարել։ Հատկանշական է հատկապես այն փաստը, որ տվյալ վստահված անձը իր վկայականը չի կրել սահմանված կարգով, այն տեսանելի չի եղել։
