Թրամփը հնարավոր է համարել Ռուսաստանի եւ Չինաստանի հետ նոր ՄՓՀՀ ոչնչացման նոր պայմանագրի կնքումը
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը հնարավոր է համարել ՌԴ-ի հետ Միջին եւ փոքր հեռահարության հրթիռների ոչնչացման պայմանագրից Վաշինգթոնի դուրս գալուց հետո Ռուսաստանի եւ Չինաստանի հետ միջին եւ փոքր հեռահարության հրթիռների մասին նոր համաձայնագրի կնքումը: Նա այս մասին շաբաթ ասել է Նեւադա նահանգում իր կողմնակիցների առջեւ ելույթից հետո լրագրողների հարցերին պատասխանելիս, հայտնում է Fox News-ը:
«Մենք ստիպված ենք այդպիսի սպառազինություն մշակել (միջին եւ փոքր հեռահարության հրթիռներ) այնքան ժամանակ, մինչեւ Ռուսաստանը չգա մեզ մոտ, մինչեւ Չինաստանը չգա մեզ մոտ, մինչեւ նրանք բոլորը չգան ու ասեն մեզ. «Եկեք իսկապես խելքի գանք, եւ մեզանից ոչ մեկը այդ սպառազինությունները չի մշակի,- ասել է Թրամփը: - Բայց եթե դա անում է Ռուսաստանը, անում է Չինաստանը, իսկ մենք հետեւում ենք ՄՓՀՀՊ-ին, դա անընդունել է»:
Նրա կարծիքով՝ Ռուսաստանը «երկար տարիներ շարունակ» խախտել է պայմանագիրը: «Մենք չենք պատրաստվում նրանց (Ռուսաստանին) թույլ տալ խախտել միջուկային համաձայնագիրը (ՄՓՀՀՊ): Մենք միակն ենք, որ մնում ենք պայմանագրի մեջ եւ կատարում ենք այն: Բայց Ռուսաստանը, ցավոք, դրան չի հետեւում»,- հավելել է Թրամփը՝ նշելով, որ ԱՄՆ ռազմական բյուջեն «ահռելի գումար» է կազմում՝ մի քանի հարյուր միլիարդ դոլար:
«Ռուսաստանը չի հետեւում համաձայնագրին: Մենք պատրաստվում ենք այն լուծարել: Այնուհետեւ պատրաստվում ենք սպառազինություն (միջին եւ փոքր հեռահարության հրթիռներ) մշակել, եթե նրանք (Ռուսաստանը) խելքի չգան, եթե մյուսները խելքի չգան եւ չասեն՝ եկեք չմշակենք այդ սարսափելի միջուկային սպառազինությունը»,- կրկնել է ԱՄՆ նախագահը՝ ի պատասխան լրատվամիջոցների ճշտող հարցին: Նա հավելել է, որ այդ դեպքում «չափազանց ուրախ» կլիներ:
«Քանի դեռ ինչ-որ մեկն այդ համաձայնագիրը խախտում է, մենք չենք լինի միակը, որը հետեւում է դրան: Կարծում եմ՝ դա հասկանում եք»,- եզրափակել է Սպիտակ տան տերը
ԱՄՆ-ն պայմանագրի խախտման համար Ռուսաստանին առաջին անգամ մեղադրել է 2014 թվականին: Այնուհետեւ Վաշինգթոնը բազմիցս կրկնել է դա, ինչին Մոսկվան կտրականապես համաձայն չէր՝ հակադարձ պահանջներ ներկայացնելով ԱՄՆ-ին:
ԽՍՀՄ-ի եւ ԱՄՆ-ի միջեւ համաձայնագիրը ստորագրվել է 1987 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 8-ին:
