Հայկական վիրտուալ համալսարանի և ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության միջև ստորագրվեց փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր
SOCIETYՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության և ՀԲԸՄ Հայկական վիրտուալ համալսարանի միջև հոկտեմբերի 20-ին փոխըմբռնման հուշագիրը ստորագրվեց: Հուշագրի համաձայն` համալսարանը կաջակցի նախարարությանը երիտասարդական, հայրենաճանաչողական և այլ ծրագրերի շրջանակում կրթական միջոցառումների իրականացմանը: Հայկական վիրտուալ համալսարանը հայոց լեզվի, պատմության և մշակույթի դասընթացներ կտրամադրի նախարարության կողմից կազմակերպվող «Քայլ դեպի տուն» և այլ ծրագրերի մասնակիցներին:
«Արդեն ինը տարի է ինչ ստեղծել ենք Հայկական վիրտուալ համալսարանը: 25 000 մարդ սփյուռքում հետևում է առցանց դասընթացներին կամ օգտվում է մեր առցանց գրքերից»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` նշեց ՀԲԸՄ Հայկական վիրտուալ համալսարանի հիմնադիր նախագահ Երվանդ Զորյանը:
Ըստ Զորյանի` 25 000-ը շատ փոքր թիվ է, և իրենք ցանկանում են, որ համալսարանում առցանց կրթություն ստացողների թիվն աճի, ցանկանում են հայոց լեզուն, հայոց պատմությունը, հայկական մշակույթը` ճարտարապետությունը, երաժշտությունն իրենց օգնությամբ շատերին հասանելի դառնան:
ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Մխիթար Հայրապետյանի խոսքով` համագործակցությունը փոխշահավետ է, որից բացառապես շահելու է հայկական սփյուռքը: «Սփյուռքի նախարարությունը ստանձնում է պատասխանատվություն տարածել ծրագիրը սփյուռքում, որովհետև որակյալ գիտելիքներ ստանալու հնարավորությունը, որն ընձեռում է համալսարանը, էական է: Դեռ փոքր լսարան է օգտվում դրանից: Նախարարությունը խրախուսելու է, որ համալսարանն ավելի շատ ներկայացվի համայնքներում»,-շեշտեց Հայրապետյանը:
ՀԲԸՄ Հայկական վիրտուալ համալսարանի և ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության միջև համագործակցությունն ի գործ է դրվել «Քայլ դեպի տուն» ծրագրի մեկնարկով, որի 440 մասնակիցները հնարավորություն են ունեցել ութօրյա դասընթացների ընթացքում ծանոթանալ հայոց լեզվին, պատմությանը, մշակույթին: Համալսարանը նաև անվճար կազմակերպել է ծրագրում ընդգրկված ավելի քան քսան ուսուցչի վերապատրաստումը:
Տեսանյութերով, ինտերակտիվ վարժություններով հարուստ առցանց դասերի շնորհիվ դասընթացները հետաքրքիր են դարձել և արդյունավետ, իսկ բովանդակությունը հարմարեցվել է ուսանողների լեզվի իմացության մակարդակին:
ՀԲԸՄ Հայկական վիրտուալ համալսարանը հավատարմագրված առցանց ուսումնական հաստատություն է, որն առաջարկում է հայկական կրթություն նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաների միջոցով: 2009 թվականից ի վեր համալսարանի վիրտուալ լսարանները բաց են բոլոր նրանց համար, ովքեր հետաքրքրված են հայագիտությամբ: ՎՀՎ-ի առաքելությունն է ստեղծել կրթական վիրտուալ համայնք, որը կխթանի մշակութային կրթությունը և կզարգացնի հաղորդակցային կապերն ամբողջ աշխարհում:
