Վանաձորցի ամուսինները Հայաստանում առաջին անգամ շոկոլադե դիմանկարներ են ստեղծում (լուսանկարներ)

35-ամյա Արկադի Դեմիրխանյանը շոկոլադե դիմանկարների պատրաստմամբ սկսել է զբաղվել ընդամենը 1 տարի առաջ` անդրանիկ զավակի ծնվելուց հետո: Մասնագիտությամբ տնտեսագետ-մարկետոլոգի մոտ շոկոլադե դիմանկարներ պատրաստելու գաղափարն առաջացել է հիմնական բնակության վայրից` Ղազախստանից Հայաստան տեղափոխվելուց հետո:

«Երբ տղաս ծնվեց, եկա Հայաստան, մտածում էի` ինչո՞վ կարելի է զբաղվել: Ինտերնետով տեսա, որ արտերկրում շոկոլադից տարբեր նկարներ, հուշանվերներ են պատրաստում: Մտածեցի` ես էլ փորձեմ: Տնեցիներն ասացին, որ Վանաձորում դժվար թե նման հուշանվերների պահանջարկ լինի, բայց որոշեցի փորձել: Առաջինը պատրաստեցի տղայիս դիմանկարը: Առաջին անգամ, ճիշտն ասած, այնքան էլ լավ չստացվեց: Աստիճանաբար սկսեցի կատարելագործվել:Հետզհետե ավելի գեղեցիկ նկարներ ստանալու հարցում ինձ շատ օգնեց այն հանգամանքը, որ դպրոցական տարիներին նկարչական դպրոց եմ գնացել¦,- պատմում է Արկադին:

Հաջող ստացված առաջին դիմանկարը տարածելուց երկու օր անց նկարիչն ստանում է առաջին պատվերը: Աստիճանաբար պատվերների աշխարհագրությունն ընդլայնվում է, թիվը` մեծանում:

«Այժմ պատվերներ ունենք Վանաձորից, Սպիտակից, Ալավերդուց, Երևանից»,- ասում է Արկադիի կինը` Անահիտը, որը ամուսնու օգնականն ու առաջին քննադատն է:

Տորթերի պատրաստման գործում մասնագիտացած Անահիտը ինքն էլ ժամանակ առ ժամանակ  դիմում է ամուսնու օգնությանը` տորթերի համար պատրաստվող ֆիգուրները ավելի ճշգրիտ տեսքի բերելու համար: Ամուսիններըերբեմն էլ համագործակցում են. կինը պատրաստում է պատվիրված տորթը, ամուսինը` երեսապատում այն շոկոլադով ու նկարում հոբելյանի դիմանկարը:

Ամուսինները նշում են, որ Հայաստանում շոկոլադե դիմակարներ պատրաստելու նախադեպ չկա: «Մենք առաջինն ու դեռևս միակն ենք»,- ասում է Անահիտը ու հավելում, որ հատկապես վերջին շրջանում համագործակցության առաջարկներ են ստանում երևանյան մի քանի կազմակերպություններից:

Նկարները պատրաստվում են ամենատարբեր չափերովª կախված պատվիրատուի ցանկությունից: Մինչեւ այժմ պատրաստված ամենամեծ շոկոլադե դիմանկարը եղել է 30/40 չափերով:

Վերջին շրջանում ամուսինները հանդես են եկել նոր` շոկոլադե անուններ կամ նախադասություններ պատրաստելու առաջարկով: Ասում են` նոր առաջարկին արձագանքը սպասվածից ավելի բուռն է եղել, հատկապես որ այն ավելի մատչելի է, քան շոկոլադե դիմանկարը. 1 տառն արժե 600 դրամ:  Առաջիկայում մտադիր են նաև ավտոմեքենաների պետհամարանիշերի շոկոլադե հուշանվերների տարբերակները փորձարկել:

Ողջ օրը շոկոլադի հետ անցկացնող Արկադիի ցանկությունն է մի օր ներկայանալ շոկոլադե հուշանվերների, դիմանկարների ցուցահանդեսով:
