Արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների քարոզարշավային ոչ պաշտոնական մեկնարկը, կարելի է ասել, արդեն տրված է: Արդեն հիմա տեսանելի է, որ քաղաքական ուժերը սկսում են ոչ միայն կուսակցական ցուցակները ճշգրտել, այլև զբաղված են, այսպես ասած, հանրային տրամադրություններ ստուգելով, այդ տրամադրությունների հետ աշխատելու եղանակներ ու ձևաչափեր որոնելով: Հանրային տրամադրությունների հետ աշխատանքում կարևորագույն դերակատարում ունեն համացանցային տեխնոլոգիաներն ու ռեսուրսները՝ ԶԼՄ դաշտից սկսած, սոցիալական ցանցերով վերջացրած: Նախորդ տարիների ընթացքում, ցավոք, ձևավորվել է մի ավանդույթ, երբ քաղաքական գրեթե բոլոր ուժերը փորձում են իրենց քարոզչությունը, մրցակից ուժերի դեմ հակաքարոզչությունը, սեփական ծրագրերի ներկայացումն իրականացնել, այսպես ասած, զարտուղի ճանապարհներով: Համացանցն այդ զարտուղի ճանապարհների համար տալիս է ահռելի գործիքակազմ: Ընդհանրապես, հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ Հայաստանում նախընտրական քաղաքականություն իրականացնելու մշակույթը հեռու է իդեալականից, համացանցի տված ահռելի հնարավորությունները օգտագործվում են հակառակ վեկտորով: Ավելին, համացանցի տված հնարավորություններից օգտագործվում են անանուն մնալու, իրադարձություններին կտրուկ արձագանքելու հատկանիշները՝ երկրորդ պլան մղելով այլ, ավելի ներառական ու արդյունավետ գործիքներ:

Նոր քաղաքական իրավիճակն, ի թիվս այլ գործոնների, կարող է շանս տալ քաղաքական ուժերին իրենց քարոզչությունը հատկապես մեդիահարթակներում և սոցցանցերում իրականացնել այլ, նախորդից տարբերվող տրամաբանությամբ: Պարզ, միագիծ, միատարր քարոզչությունը վաղուց ոչ միայն հոգնեցրել է, այլև արդեն արդյունավետ չէ: Ըստ այդմ, համացանցի բարիքները պետք է փորձել օգտագործել բոլորովին այլ կերպ՝ քաղաքացիների հետ հաղորդակցությունն ինտենսիվ դարձնելու, սեփական ծրագրերն ու մոտեցումներն առավել ինտերակտիվ ներկայացնելու ձևաչափերով: Սա, ընդ որում, ոչ միայն այս կամ այն կուսակցության PR–ով զբաղվողների տեխնիկական խնդիրն է, սա, ըստ էության, նոր Հայաստանի նոր խաղի կանոնների պահանջն է, պահանջ, որ չնայած ֆորմալ ձևակերպված չէ, բայց յուրաքանչյուր ուժ պետք է ձևակերպի ինքն իր համար՝ ժամանակին և իրավիճակին համահունչ քայլելու համար:
