ՀՀ վարչապետի ընտրության հարցը խորհրդարանը կքննարկի հոկտեմբերի 24-ին
POLITICSԱզգային ժողովում ՀՀ վարչապետի ընտրության հարցին խորհրդարանը կանդրադառնա հոկտեմբերի 24-ին: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, համաձայն ՀՀ սահմանադրության՝ վարչապետի հրաժարական ներկայացնելու կամ վարչապետի պաշտոնը թափուր մնալու այլ դեպքերում Կառավարության հրաժարականն ընդունվելուց հետո` յոթնօրյա ժամկետում, Ազգային ժողովի խմբակցություններն իրավունք ունեն առաջադրելու վարչապետի թեկնածուներ: Ազգային ժողովը վարչապետին ընտրում է պատգամավորների ընդհանուր թվի ձայների մեծամասնությամբ:
ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հրաժարական է ներկայացրել հոկտեմբերի 16-ին, ՀՀ նախագահը նույն օրն ընդունել է կառավարության հրաժարականը: Հետևաբար, Ազգային ժողովի խմբակցությունները մինչև հոկտեմբերի 23-ը ժամանակ ունեն վարչապետի թեկնածու առաջադրելու համար, իսկ դրան հաջորդող օրը արդեն տեղի կունենա վարչապետի ընտրության հարցի քննարկումը:
Ազգային ժողովի կանոնակարգ-օրենքի համաձայն՝ վարչապետի ընտրության հարցն Ազգային ժողովի նիստում քննարկվում է վարչապետի թեկնածուների առաջադրման ժամկետը լրանալու օրվան հաջորդող օրը: Այդ օրն Ազգային ժողովի հերթական նիստեր չանցկացվելու դեպքում վարչապետի ընտրության հարցը քննարկվում է վարչապետի թեկնածուների առաջադրման ժամկետը լրանալու օրվան հաջորդող օրը՝ ժամը 12:00-ին, իրավունքի ուժով գումարվող Ազգային ժողովի հատուկ նիստում, որի մասին հայտարարությամբ հանդես է գալիս Ազգային ժողովի նախագահը:
Քանի որ հոկտեմբերի 24-ը ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի հերթական նիստի օր է, վարչապետի ընտրության հարցին անդրադարձ կլինի հերթական նիստի ընթացքում:
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վարչապետի պաշտոնից հրաժարական է տվել հոկտեմբերի 16-ին: Հրաժարականի նպատակը արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների հասնելն է: Եթե վարչապետի հրաժարականից հետո երկու շաբաթվա ընթացքում խորհրդարանը վարչապետ չի ընտրում, Ազգային ժողովն արձակվում է և նշանակվում են արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ:
