Այսօր` նոյեմբերի 8-ին, մահվան ելքով վրաերթ է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում: Ժամը 15:00-ի սահմաններում Արշակունյաց պողոտայում` Կոմիտասի անվան պանթեոնի դիմաց, Երևանի բնակիչ, 30-ամյա Գևորգ Երեմյանը իր վարած Volkswagen Golf մակնիշի 88 DP 889 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով վրաերթի է ենթարկել հետիոտնի:

Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վարորդը փախուստի չի դիմել, փորձել է օգնություն ցուցաբերել, սակայն վրաերթի ենթարկվածը, ով երիտասարդ տղա էր` տեղում մահացել է:

Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ հետիոտնը փողոցը անցնելիս է եղել չթույլատրելի հատվածով: Օպերատիվորեն դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ճանապարհայի ոստիկանության 1-ին սպայական գումարտակի ծառայողները` գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Աշոտ Սայադյանի գխավորությամբ:

Դեպքի վայր է ժամանել է նաև ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը:

Դեպքի մասին ՃՈ կառավարման կենտրոնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչություն, որտեցից դեպքի վայր է ժամանել բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Արտաշես Վանյանն ու հատկապես կարևոր գործերով քննիչ Արթուր Գասոյանը, ում կողմից փաստի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` ՀՀ քր. օր.-ի 242 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով:

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով` վարորդ Գ. Երեմյանը աշխատում է ՀՀ Պաշտպանության նախարարությունում: Վարորդը ինքնակամ ներկայացել է ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժին և այս պահին գնտվում է այնտեղ:

Գ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով` հարուցված քրեական գործի նախապատրաստված նյութերը փոխանցվելու են Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Պաշտպանության նախարարության քննչական վարչություն: Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզում են մահացածի ինքնությունը:

Դեպքի վայրում հավաքվածները ֆոտոլրագրողին ասում էին, որ մահացած տղան Արարատի մարզի գյուղերից մեկի գյուղապետի տղան էր:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
