Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցող ակտիվ քաղաքական վերադասավորումները անմասն չէին կարող թողնել հանրային տրամադրությունների դաշտը: Առավել քան երբևէ հայաստանյան հասարակությունն այժմ գտնվում է բավական զգայուն նշաձողի վրա, ինչը, բնականաբար, ունի իր դրական ու բացասական կողմերը: Դրականն, իհարկե, նախորդ տարիների գաղջ մթնոլորտից թոթափվելու համար կենսական նշանակություն ունեցող դրական սպասումներն են: Բացասական կողմը խոցելիությունն է՝ զանազան մանիպուլյացիաների , երկակի ստանդարտների կիրառման դեպքում:

Հասկանալի է, որ քաղաքական ընթացքի որոշակի կետերում հանրային էմոցիոնալությունը ոչ միայն դառնում է վճռորոշ գործոն, այլև հաճախ օգտագործվում է որպես գործիք: Երբեմն դա կարող է արդարացվել քաղաքական նպատակահարմարությամբ: Հաճախ հանրային տրամադրությունները խաղարկողներին թվում է, թե նրանք ամբողջությամբ վերահսկում են այդ տրամադրությունները, կարող են ինչպես հագուրդ տալ դրանց, այնպես էլ ուզած պահին արգելակել: Իրականում, սակայն, արգելակելու հետ խնդիրներ կան, որովհետև ի տարբերություն, ասենք, հանրային ինստիտուտների, ուժային կառույցների, կազմակերպված այլ ռեսուրսների, հանրային տրամադրությունը բավական իռացիոնալ գոյացություն է: Հետևաբար, այդ տրամադրություններն օգտագործել, դրանց թափ հաղորդելն այլ բան է, արգելակելը՝ բոլորովին այլ: 

Իրավիճակը շատ նման է մեքենայով արագություն հավաքելուն: Արագություն, իհարկե, կհավաքես, գուցե նաև ճիշտ ժամանակին արգելակին սեղմես: Բայց նման դեպքերի կրկնման պարագայում կտրուկ արգելակումը կարող է շարքից հանել արգելակման համակարգը: Այս ծուղակն, ընդ որում, ընկնում են ոչ միայն վարորդները ու հայաստանյան քաղաքական կյանքի մասնակիցները. այս ծուղակը քանիցս ընկել են պատմական ավելի հայտնի ժամանակաշրջանում ապրած գործիչներ, որոնք ինչ–որ պահի հանրային տրամադրությունները օգտագործել են՝ դրանց էմոցիոնալությանը հագուրդ տալով, ենթադրելով, որ գործ ունեն կարճաժամկետ ինչ– որ հնարքի հետ, հետո ականատես են եղել , թե ինչպես է իրենց իսկ կիրառած հնարքը դարձել անկասելի ալիք: 

Հայաստանում հիմա չափից շատ է չարաշահվում էմոցիոնալ բարձր ու զգայուն ֆոնը: Ինքնին այդ ֆոնի առկայությունը դրական ռեսուրս է, բայց դրա չարաշահումը, այս կամ այն ընթացիկ հարցով այդ ֆոնի շահագործումը քարոզչական նպատակներով, կարող է ստեղծել մի իրավիճակ, երբ իրենք՝ հրահրողները, դրա կարիքը ինչ–որ պահից չունենան, բայց ֆոնն ու այդ ֆոնի ազդեցության տակ հայտնված հասարակությունն այլևս հայտնված կլինի դանդաղ գործողության ռումբ հիշեցնող հոսանքի տակ:
