ԱԱԾ տնօրենի և ՀՔԾ պետի միջև հեռախոսազրույցի վերաբերյալ Քննչական կոմիտեում քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի ներկայացուցիչ Հովհաննես Խուդոյանը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել Քոչարյանին տուժողի դատավարական կարգավիճակ տալու վերաբերյալ:

Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի ներկայացուցիչ, փաստաբան Հովհաննես Խուդոյանը:

«Միջնորդությունը Քննչական կոմիտե ներկայացվել է՝ հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ հրապարակված ձայնագրության բովանդակությունը պարունակում է այնպիսի տվյալներ, որոնք առերևույթ հաստատում են Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի ազատությունն ապօրինի սահմանափակելուն ուղղված գործողությունների կատարման փաստը»,-ասաց Խուդոյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ իրավաչափ կլինի դատավարական կարգավիճակի ճանաչումը, իսկ մերժումը կասկածի տակ կդնի նախաքննության օբյեկտիվությունը:

 
 Հիշեցնենք, որ  համացանցում տարածվել է ՀՔԾ պետի ու ԱԱԾ տնօրենի հեռախոսազրույցի ձայնագրությունը, որում խոսակցությունը ՀՀ նախկին պաշտոնյաների, «Մարտի 1-ի» գործի, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին կալանավորելու, ՀԱՊԿ քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովին կալանավորելու վտանգի, փաստաբան Վահե Գրիգորյանի կողմից սպասվող գրառման, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանի և այլոց մասին է: Փաստի առթիվ հարուցված է քրեական գործ, որը գտնվում է Քննչական կոմիտեի վարույթում: Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
