Բնապահպանության եւ ընդերքի տեսչական մարմնի կողմից իրականացված ստուգումների, շրջայցերի, վարչական վարույթների քննության ընթացքում, ինչպես նաեւ հաշվետվությունների ընդունման գործընթացում հայտնաբերված խախտումներով արձանագրված թվով 168 իրավախախտման դեպքով հաշվարկվել է 532.174.714 ՀՀ դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս, 74 դեպքով նշանակվել է 7.170.000 ՀՀ դրամի վարչական տուգանք։

Բուսական աշխարհի պահպանության ոլորտ

Արձանագրվել է իրավախախտման 42 դեպք, հաշվարկվել է 79.720.550 ՀՀ դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս, 16 դեպքով նշանակվել է 1.030.000 ՀՀ դրամի վարչական տուգանք։

Փայտանյութի  ապօրինի տեղափոխում

Արձանագրվել է իրավախախտման 83 դեպք, հաշվարկվել է 3.864.950 ՀՀ դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս, 21 դեպքով նշանակվել է 2.100.000 ՀՀ դրամի վարչական տուգանք։

Կենդանական աշխարհի պահպանության  ոլորտ

Արձանագրվել է ապօրինի որսի 9 դեպք, հաշվարկվել է 31.000 ՀՀ դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս, 7 դեպքով նշանակվել է 480.000 ՀՀ դրամի վարչական տուգանք։

Մթնոլորտի պահպանության ոլորտ

Արձանագրվել է իրավախախտման 9 դեպք, հաշվարկվել է 383.780.045 ՀՀ դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս, 7 դեպքով նշանակվել է 450.000 ՀՀ դրամի վարչական տուգանք։

Ջրերի պահպանության ոլորտ

Արձանագրվել է իրավախախտման 7 դեպք, հաշվարկվել է 63.987.360 ՀՀ դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս, 6 դեպքով նշանակվել է 1.400.000 ՀՀ դրամի վարչական տուգանք։

Հողերի պահպանության ոլորտ

Արձանագրվել է իրավախախտման 3 դեպք, հաշվարկվել է 790.809 ՀՀ դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս, 2 դեպքով նշանակվել է 160.000 ՀՀ դրամի վարչական տուգանք։

Ընդերքի պահպանության ոլորտ

Կազմվել է վարչական տուգանքի 3 որոշում` 350.000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով։

Բնապահպանական եւ բնօգտագործման վճարների եռամսյակային հաշվետվությունները սահմանված ժամկետում չներկայացնելու 10 դեպքով նշանակվել է 850.000 ՀՀ դրամի վարչական տուգանք։

Թափոնների ոչ ճիշտ տեղադրման 1 դեպքով նշանակվել է 100.000 ՀՀ դրամի վարչական տուգանք։

Ստուգումներ իրականացնող պետական մարմինների աշխատանքին խոչընդոտելու 1 դեպքով նշանակվել է 250.000 ՀՀ դրամի վարչական տուգանք։

Նշված ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ պետական բյուջե մուտքագրվել է 12.457.039 ՀՀ դրամ:
