Քննարկվում է միկրոբիզնեսն ընդհանրապես հարկերից ազատելու հարցը.Փաշինյանն այցելեց սիրիահայերի աշխատանքների ցուցահանդես-տոնավաճառ
SOCIETYՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հոկտեմբերի 17-ին այցելեց Հյուսիսային պողոտայում կազմակերպված «Սիրիահայ մշակույթի շունչը Երևանում» խորագրով բարեգործական ցուցահանդես-տոնավաճառ: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ուղեկցում էր ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Մխիթար Հայրապետյանը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ Փաշինյանը շրջայցի շրջանակում մոտեցավ տաղավարներին, ծանոթացավ սիրիահայերի ներկայացրած աշխատանքներին, հետաքրքրվեց նրանց գործունեությամբ:
Տոնավաճառին մասնակցող սիրիահայերը ներկայացնում էին իրենց ձեռքի աշխատանքը: Այցելուները կարող են ծանոթանալ և ձեռք բերել 50-ից ավելի սիրիահայերի կողմից ներկայացված ձեռքի աշխատանքներն ու զարդերը, նրբահամ քաղցրավենիքն ու Արևելքի համային բազմերանգությամբ ֆալաֆելը:
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ զրույցի ընթացքում սիրիահայերը հարկային բեռը թեթևացնելու խնդրանքով դիմեցին, հատկապես սկսնակ բիզնեսի համար:
« Մենք հիմա Հարկային օրենսգրքի փոփոխություններ ենք պատրաստում: Նախատեսում ենք այնպես անել, որ միկրոբիզնեսն ընդհանրապես ազատվի հարկերից: Առևտրաշրջանառության շեմը դեռ չեն որոշել, այն քննարկման փուլում է սակայն, դիտարկում ենք կամ 20 մլն կամ 24 մլն դրամի տարբերակը: Այսինքն, թե այդ սահմաններում է ձեր բիզնեսը, ապա դուք ընդհանրապես ազատվում եք հարկերից: Քննարկվում է , թե որ ոլորտները մտնեն այդ արտոնության մեջ»,-ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: Նա նշեց, որ բիզնեսը ևս պետք է անզիվ լինի, աշխատանքի օրենքի շրջանակում, թե չէ նախկինում փորձը ցույց էր տալիս, որ 250 մլն դրամ շրջանառություն ունեցող գործարարը այն կարող էր մասնատել փորք շրջանառությունների, որ հարկերից խուսափեր: Այժմ քննարկվում են նաև այդ գործընթացները վերահսկելու մեխանիզմները:
Հյուսիսային պողոտայում «Սիրիահայ մշակույթի շունչը Երևանում» խորագրով բարեգործական ցուցահանդես-տոնավաճառը կազմակերպվել էր Սփյուռքի նախարարության, «Հայկական Կարիտաս» բարեսիրական ՀԿ-ի, ՄԱԿ ՓԳՀ հայաստանյան գրասենյակի, «Սիրիահայերի հիմնախնդիրները համակարգող կենտրոն» ՀԿ-ի և Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աջակցությամբ: Այն այս անգամ այն նվիրված է Երևանի 2800-ամյակին:
