«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները, կարելի է ասել, իրականություն են, և ոչ հեռավոր ապագայում մենք կունենանք նոր ընտրություններ և նոր խորհրդարան: Ավելին՝ արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները՝ հաշվի առնելով դրանց անցկացման կոնտեքստը, ըստ էության, նախագծելու են առաջիկա տարիների քաղաքական դաշտը նաև խորհրդարանից դուրս: Որպես արտահերթ ընտրությունների հիմնական առաքելություն՝ այս պահին, իհարկե, հռչակվել են հեղափոխության վերջնական հաղթանակն ու իշխանության ամբողջականացումը: Բայց միայն այդ առաքելությամբ ընտրությունները չեն սահմանափակվում: Դրանք ուղենիշային են լինելու ողջ քարությունները չեն սահմանափակվում:

Քաղաքական բոլորովին այլ, նոր իրավիճակը թելադրում է, որ բոլոր ուժերը, ովքեր հայտ են ներկայացնում լինել քաղաքականության մեջ, անկախ նրանից՝ դա կանեն խորհրդարանում իրենց ներկայությամբ, թե խորհրդարանի պատերից դուրս, պետք է վերաձևակերպեն իրենց նպատակներն ու, ըստ այդմ, վերափոխեն նաև իրենց ներկայացվածության ձևը: Հեղափոխությամբ ավարտվել է ոչ թե կոնկրետ մեկ անձի կամ մեկ ուժի կառավարումը, հեղափոխությամբ ավարտվել է քաղաքական հնաբնակ գործիչներից շատերի ժամանակը, հնաբնակներ, որոնք այդպես էլ չկարողացան նոր իրավիճակին հարմարվել:

Հիմա, երբ Հայաստանը թևակոխել է ակտիվ ու թափանցիկ քաղաքական պրոցեսների շրջափուլ, հին ու նոր քաղաքական ուժերը կարիք ունեն ներկայանալ ոչ թե իներտ, բացառապես ներքին կապերով և ազդեցություններով խաղացող գործիչներով, այլ ակտիվ, ինտենսիվ, խոսելուց, թափանցիկ լինելուց չխուսափող, հետնամուտքից չփախչող նոր դեմքերով: Սա, ոչ միայն, այսպես ասած, բրենդի հարց է: Սա քաղաքական բովանդակության հարց է, բովանդակություն, որի փոփոխությունն այսօր առավել քան կարևոր է: Այս կամային, միգուցե և դժվար տրվող փոփոխությունն է երաշխավորելու քաղաքական ուժերի երկարակեցությունը, այլապես նրանք դատապարտված են մնալ փոփոխությունների ճանապարհին արհեստականորեն առաջացած խցանումներում:
