Կադրում հերթական սպայական կոչման արժանացած ոստիկանության տարբեր ստորաբաժանումների 12 ծառայողներ են։

Ոստիկանության պետը, նախքան ուսադիրներն անձամբ հանձնելը, նրանց շնորհակալություն հայտնեց սրտացավ ու բարեխիղճ ծառայության համար։

Վալերիյ Օսիպյանն ընդգծեց, որ յուրաքանչյուր ոստիկանի, այսպես ասած՝ տանիքն այսուհետ նրա մասնագիտական գիտելիքներն ու արդյունավետ աշխատանքն են. առաջխաղացման ու խրախուսման այլ տարբերակ ոստիկանության ծառայողը չունի։ «Պետք է չբավարարվեք ձեռք բերածով, հետևողականորեն շտկեք բոլոր թերացումներն ու ավելի պրոֆեսիոնալ մոտեցմամբ լրացնեք բացթողումները»,- ամփոփեց Վալերիյ Օսիպյանն ու հանձնեց սպայական ուսադիրները։ 

Հերթական կոչմանն արժանանալը ևս ձեռքբերում է։ Եթե նրանցից որևէ մեկը իր պարտականությունները կատարելիս թերացած լիներ և կարգապահական պատասխանատվության ենթարկվեր, ապա հերթական կոչումը ստանալու հնարավորություն չէր ունենա։ Հետևաբար սա ևս բարեխիղճ ծառայության ձեռքբերումներից է։ 

Ոստիկանության պետը, շնորհավորելով նրանց, հույս հայտնեց, որ նոր ու ավելի բարձր կոչումն ավելի կպարտավորեցնի ծառայողական պարտականությունները կատարել անթերի։ «Հասարակություն-ոստիկանություն կապի ամրապնդման լավագույն ճանապարհը հանցավորության դեմ արդյունավետ պայքարն է, հասարակության և պետության շահերի պաշտպանությունը, որակյալ ծառայությունների մատուցումը»,- վստահեցրեց Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը։
