Արթուր Վանեցյանը և Սասուն Խաչատրյանը գաղտնալսման դեպքով հարուցված քրեական գործով տուժող են ճանաչվել
SOCIETYՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանը եւ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության պետ Սասուն Խաչատրյանը գաղտնալսման դեպքով հարուցված քրեական գործով տուժող են ճանաչվել:
«Արմենպրես»-ին այս մասին տեղեկացրել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի խորհրդական Սոնա Տռուզյանը:
ՀՀ կառավարության հոկտեմբերի 16-ի նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանը մանրամասներ է ներկայացրել գաղտնալսման դեպքով հարուցված քրեական գործով: Նա նշել է, որ հեռախոսային խոսակցության գաղտնալսման պատվիրատուն Հայաստանից է: Նա մանրամասնել է, որ գաղտնալսման պատվիրատուն մեկ անձ է, ով հանրության շրջանում լայն ճանաչում ունի: Արթուր Վանեցյանն ընդգծել է, որ պատվիրատուին անձամբ չի ճանաչում: Միևնույն ժամանակ, Արթուր Վանեցյանն ասել է, որ գաղտնալսման պատվիրատուն մեկն է, սակայն նրա մասնակցությունը փաստաթղթավորելը և հիմնավորելը շատ բարդ գործընթաց է:
Արթուր Վանեցյանը մանրամասներ ներկայացրել է նաև իր և Սասուն Խաչատրյանի հեռախոսային խոսակցության ձայնագրության բովանդակության վերաբերյալ: Նա հայտնեց, որ այդ օրը ինքը և ՀՔԾ պետը 10 հեռախոսային խոսակցություն են ունեցել՝ 8 անգամ իրեն զանգահարել է ՀՔԾ պետը, երկու անգամ ինքն է զանգահարել վերջինսիս: Նա պարզաբանել է նաև, թե ինչպես է հաջողվել գաղտնալսել իր և Սասուն Խաչատրյանի խոսակցությունը: Արթուր Վանեցյանի խոսքով՝ ինքն այդ ժամանակ գտնվել է ռոումինգի գոտում, ինչը հեշտացրել է գաղտնալսում իրականացնելու գործընթացը: ՀՀ ԱԱԾ տնօրենն ընդգծեց, որ երկրի տարածքում ունեցած հեռախոսային խոսակցությունների դեպքում առկա գաղտնի արձանագրությունները, որոնք գաղտնազերծելու համար անհրաժեշտ են հատուկ սարքավորումներ, որոնք օրենքով սահմանված կարգով ունի միայն ԱԱԾ-ն, չեն գործում: «Երբ անձը գտնվում է ռոումինգի տակ, օպերատորներն ավելի էժան կապ ապահովելու համար օգտվում են տարբեր ինտերնետային, հեռախոսային ուղիներից: Ես գտնվել եմ ռոումինգի տակ, իսկ ինտերնետային ուղին պաշտպանված չէ, այսինքն՝ չի գաղտնագրվում: Այսինքն՝ միջին որակի ցանկացած մասնագետ կարող էր այդ գաղտնալսումը իրականացնել»,- ասել է նա:
