SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում քննություն է տարվում՝ պարզելու դիտավորությամբ առողջությանը ծանր վնաս պատճառելու դեպքի հանգամանքները:
ՔԿ-ի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից հայտնում են, որ 2018թ. հոկտեմբերի 14-ին՝ ժամը 12:40-ին, «Էրեբունի բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերությունից ՀՀ ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել առ այն, որ «աջ պտկային շրջանի ծակած-կտրած թափանցող վերք, աջակողմյան պնեմոհեմաթորաքս» ախտորոշմամբ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել Երևան քաղաքի Նոր Արեշ թաղամասի բնակիչ՝ ծնված 1995 թվականին:
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Քրեական գործի նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 2018թ. հոկտեմբերի 14-ին՝ ժամը 12:00-ի սահմաններում, Նոր Արեշում հարևանների միջև, փողոցը փակելու հարցի շուրջ, տեղի է ունեցել վիճաբանություն:
Քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ, շարժառիթը, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով հանդիսանում է Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ ծնված 1980 թվականին։ Վերջինս ձերբակալվել է և որպես կասկածյալ հարցաքննվել դեպքի շուրջ:
Նախնական քննությամբ տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ 23-ամյա երիտասարդը մարմնական վնասվածքն ստացել է նշված վիճաբանությանը միջամտելու ժամանակ: Մասնավորապես՝ երիտասարդը փորձել է հանդարտեցնել վիճաբանողներին, սակայն ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձն այգուց վերցրել է 10սմ երկարությամբ մեխ և դրանով մեկ անգամ հարվածել 23-ամյա երիտասարդի կրծքավանդակի աջ հատվածին:
Քրեական գործով ձեռնարկվել են մեծածավալ քննչական գործողություններ, հարցաքննվել են միջադեպին մասնակից անձինք, կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի մասնակցությամբ իրականացվել է քննչական փորձարարություն, որի ընթացքում նա մատնացույց է արել դեպքի վայրը և ներկայացրել դեպքի հանգամանքները:
Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքները պարզելու համար նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ, առգրավվել են տուժածի հագին դեպքի պահին եղած հագուստները:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումները՝ վիճաբանության մասնակիցներից յուրաքանչյուրի գործողություններն անհատականացնելու և քրեաիրավական գնահատական տալու, բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։
