ԵԽԽՎ-ում ՀՀ պատվիրակությունը կանխել է Մեծամորի ատոմակայանը փակելու ադրբեջանական ջանքերը

Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովում Հայաստանի պատվիրակությունը կանխել է Մեծամորի ատոմակայանի գործունեությունը դադարեցնելու ադրբեջանական ջանքերը: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` այս մասին Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է ԵԽԽՎ-ում հայկական պատվիրակության ղեկավար, ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը:

«ԵԽԽՎ հոկտեմբերյան նստաշրջանի ընթացքում ընդունվեց «Միջուկային անվտանգությունը Եվրոպայում» բանաձևը։ Բանաձևի նպատակն էր սահմանել այն միջոցառումները, որոնք անդամ պետությունները պետք է իրագործեն Եվրոպայում ատոմակայանների անվտանգության բարձրացման և պատահարների կամ ահաբեկչական գործողությունների դեպքում ռիսկերի նվազեցման համար։ Առանցքային էր նաև, որ այս բանաձևով Վեհաժողովը պահանջ է ներկայացնում բելառուսական իշխանություններին չգործարկել Լիտվայի մայրաքաղաք Վիլնյուսից ընդամենը 45 կմ հեռավորության վրա կառուցվող Օստրովեցի ատոմակայանը, մինչև այն չհամապատասխանի միջազգային չափանիշներին։ Այս բանաձևի կապակցությայմբ ադրբեջանական պատվիրակությունը փորձում էր բանաձևում ներառել ձևակերպումներ Մեծամորի ատոմակայանի գործունեության դադարեցման համար։ Չստացվեց՝ կանխեցինք»,- գրել է Հովհաննիսյանը:

ԱԺ փոխնախագահը նաև նշել է, որ ԵԺԿ խմբում կանխել է Հայաստանի հարցով ոչ անաչառ տրամադրություններով համազեկուցողի նշանակումը:

«Օրակարգը ոչ միայն հագեցած էր լիագումար նիստերի դահլիճում, այլ նաև քաղաքական խմբերում։ Այս առումով ԵԺԿ խմբում կարողացա կանխել Հայաստանի հարցով ոչ անաչառ տրամադրություններով համազեկուցողի նշանակումը։ Արդյունքում ԵԺԿ խմբի կողմից նշանակված նոր համազեկուցողն է սլովենացի Անդրեյ Շիրչելը»,- գրված է հաղորդագրությունում:
