Ավազակային հարձակում Երևանում. հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացած հրազենը և գողոնի մի մասը հայտնաբերվել է, կասկածյալը՝ ձերբակալվել
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի միջոցառումների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է Ավանում դեղատան աշխատակցի նկատմամբ կատարված ավազակային հարձակումը։
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից, 2018թ-ի հոկտեմբերի 13-ին ահազանգ էր ստացվել առ այն, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 16:20-ի սահմաններում, զինված անձը մուտք է գործել Երևան քաղաքի Ավան վարչական շրջանում գործող դեղատուն, որտեղ դեղագործի կյանքի ու առողջության համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքով պահանջել է գումար։ Հափշտակելով 15.100 ՀՀ դրամ կանխիկ գումար՝ զինված անձը դիմել է փախուստի:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ կետով և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, մշակվել քննչական պլան, և ձեռնարկվել մեծածավալ քննչական և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ՝ հանցագործությունը բացահայտելու ուղղությամբ։
Դեղագործը ճանաչվել է տուժող և հարցաքննվել։ Քրեական գործով տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի արտաքին տվյալների վերաբերյալ և անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ իրականացնելու մասին հանձնարարություն տրվել ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնի ծառայողներին:
14.10.2018թ. վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին է ներկայացվել կասկածյալը, ով Երևանի բնակիչ է, ծնված՝1997 թվականին:
Վերջինիս անձնական խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել է 4 գրամ քաշով դեղնականաչավուն զանգված, դանակ, 5.000 ՀՀ դրամի մետաղադրամների կապոց, որը, քննության տվյալներով, հափշտակվել էր դեղատնից:
Կասկածյալը ձերբակալվել է և հարցաքննվել դեպքի շուրջ, նրա մասնակցությամբ կատարվել դեպքի վայրի զննություն:
Նույն օրը՝ 14.10.2018թ., կասկածյալի եղբայրը ներկայացրել է նաև MP-654K մոդելի T12049377 համարի ատրճանակը, որը, ըստ հայտարարության, դեպքի օրը գտնվել է 21-ամյա երիտասարդի մոտ։
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ պարզելու համար նշանակվել են դատաքիմիական, դատաքրեագիտական փորձաքննություններ:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀքրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
