Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության կողմից մեքենաների ապակիների լուսաթափանցելիության խստացումն ընդհամենը 2007թ. կառավարության համապատասխան որոշման վերագործարկումն է: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ' այս մասին նոյեմբերի 7-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց «Աքիլես» ավտովարորդների իրավունքների պաշտպանության կենտրոն» ՀԿ ղեկավար Էդուարդ Հովհանն իսյանը:

«Մգացված ապակիները խոչընդոտում են վարորդ-հետիոտն կապին, քանի որ, փողոց անցնելիս, հետիոտնին անհասկանալի է, արդյոք մգացված ապակիներով մեքենայի վարորդը նկատել է իրեն, թե ոչ: Գոյություն ունի պետական ստանդարտ, որի հիման վրա դեռ 2006թ.-ից ի վեր կառավարության համապատասխան որոշումը, որի ընդունումից հետո ՃՈ աշխատակիցները հայրենական արտադրության լուսաչափերով ստուգում էին մեքենաների ապակիների լուսաթափանցելիության աստիճանը: Սակայն որոշակի ժամանակ անց այդ որոշման մասին մոռացվեց և որոշման ընդունումից 9 տարի անց նորից հիշեցին դրա մասին», - ասաց Էդուարդ Հովհաննիսյանը:

Նոյեմբերի 3-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը հաղորդագրություն տարածեց, ըստ որի կոչ էր արվել բոլոր վարորդներին՝ իրենց տրանսպորտային միջոցների ապակիների լուսաթափանցելիությունը համապատասխանեցնել ՀՀ կառավարության 2005թ. փետրվարի 24-ի «Վերգետնյա տրանսպորտային միջոցներում օգտագործվող անվտանգ ապակիների տեխնիկական կանոնակարգը հաստատելու մասին» N 289-Ն որոշմամբ հաստատված տեխնիկական կանոնակարգի 16-րդ կետով սահմանված չափերին:
