Կարող ենք ասել, որ քաղաքական ճգնաժամը մոտ է հանգուցալուծմանը, բայց թե որքա՞ն է մոտ կամ քանի՞ «կիլոմետր», ոչ ոք չի կարող ասել: Մինչև ընտրությունների կազմակերպման ձևակերպված հարցը դրական արդյունքով չհանգուցալուծվի, մինչև այն չվերջանա, բոլոր դեպքերում, մինչ այդ հարցեր են մնում: Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում նման տեսակետ հայտնեց քաղաքագետ Լևոն Շիրինյանը՝ անդրադառնալով ներքաղաքական իրավիճակին: «Զուգահեռ կա նաև ինտրիգ. ՀՀԿ-ականների այդպիսի արագ և արդյունավետ անձնատվությունը անկե՞ղծ է, թե՞ ոչ: Իրենք սովոր են նախապայմանով տեղավորվել այլ կառույցներ: Չգիտեմ՝ նախապայմաններ հիմա կա՞ն, թե՞ ոչ: Եթե նախապայմաններ կան, ուրեմն՝ գործերը վատ են»,-ընդգծեց քաղաքագետը՝ նկատի ունենալով ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության հայտարարությունը՝ համաձայն որի ՀՀԿ-ն չուներ և չունի մտադրություն առաջադրելու վարչապետի իր թեկնածուն: «Մանավանդ, երբ ՀՀԿ-ականներից յուրաքանչյուրն այդպիսի քաղցրաշունչ հայտարարություն է անում: Գևորգ Կոստանյանը վերջինն էր հանձնվելու, բայց առաջինը անձնատվության գնաց: Ուրեմն՝ այս ամենի արտաքին մասը շատ լավ է, բայց ներքին իմաստով հանկարծ հեղափոխությունը չփորձեն այլասերել, ինչը կարող է լինել: Ընդհանրապես քաղաքականության մեջ անկեղծություն, հավատ ասվածները պետք է մի կողմ գցել»,-ասաց նա՝ ընգծելով, թե ի՞նչ հաշվով ՀՀԿ-ն կհանձնվի, չի կարող ասել: «Ընդ որում՝ կապիտալիզացիան մի բան է, անվերապահ կապիտուլյացիան՝ բոլորովին այլ բան: Անվերապահ կապիտուլյացիա է պետք, առանց նախապայմանների, առանց ժամանակի և այլն: Իսկ դա կա՞, թե՞ ոչ, չեմ կարող ասել: Հասարակությունը հստակ պահանջ պետք է ունենա, որ նրանց դերակատարներն այլևս չեն կարող լինել և չպետք է լինեն պետական կառավարման ապարատում: Նրանք, ովքեր կարողություններ ունեն, թող այդ կարողութունները ներդնեն տնտեսության զարգացման մեջ, իսկ մնացածը պետք է անհետանան պետական կառավարման համակարգից: Մենք կոմպրոմիսների չպետք է գնանք հատկապես այն կարևորագույն դերակատարների հետ, որոնք ստեղծել են նախկին համակարգը և այդ համակարգում հիմնական դեր են խաղացել: Օրինակ՝ նույն Գևորգ Կոստանյանը որքանո՞վ է նպաստել արդարադատության ոչնչացմանը Հայաստանում: Այս տրամադրվածությունը պետք է լինի, որպեսզի թավշյա հեղափոխության իդեաներն իրականանան»,-նշեց Լ. Շիրինյանը՝ հավելելով, որ քաղաքականությունն այդպիսին պետք է լինի: «Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վճռականություն է տարածում և դա շատ լավ է, բայց միայն վարչապետով չէ: Որպեսզի ինստիտուցիոնալ փոփոխություններ լինեն, պետք է այդ տրամադրվածությունը համատարած իշխի: Հայաստանը պետք է փոխվի, հեղափոխությունը պետք է իշխի նաև տնտեսության մեջ, սոցիալական, արդարադատության, մշակույթի և այլ ոլորտներում: Ես կասեի՝ ինչ-որ իմաստով հեղափոխությունը նոր է սկսվում, ինչը բնական է: Հեղափոխությունը պետք է շարունակվի հետևողական և սկզբունքային իմաստով: Հեղափոխությունը պետք է անխտիր ու անհապաղ տարածվի բոլոր ոլորտներում»,-եզրափակեց քաղաքագետը:
