Տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանն այսօր Լոռու մարզում մարզպետարանի աշխատակիցներին, հանրապետական գործադիր մարմինների տարածքային կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներին, համայնքների ղեկավարներին ներկայացրել է նորանշանակ մարզպետ Անդրեյ Ղուկասյանին։ 

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով նախկին մարզպետ Հրանտ Մարգարյանին կատարած աշխատանքի համար և շնորհավորելով նորանշանակ մարզպետ Անդրեյ Ղուկասյանին պաշտոնում նշանակվելու կապակցությամբ, նշել է, որ հետհեղափոխական Հայաստանն այժմ թևակոխում է զարգացման մի նոր և շատ կարևոր փուլ, որտեղ սիրո ու հանդուրժողականության մթնոլորտի ապահովումը պետք է լինի յուրաքանչյուրիս խնդիրը։

Անդրադառնալով առաջիկայում սպասվող համապետական ընտրություններին՝ նախարարն ընդգծել է, որ թե՛ տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինները, թե՛ տարածքային կառավարման մարմինները, թե՛ գործադիր իշխանությունն անհրաժեշտ բոլոր ջանքերը պետք է գործադրեն վերջին 25 տարիների ընթացքում Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում նախադեպը չունեցող ազատ և արդար կամարտահայտությամբ ընտրություններ կազմակերպելու ու անցկացնելու համար։

«Առաջիկա ընտրություններն իսկապես փորձաքար են հանդիսանալու նոր Հայաստանի համար, որտեղ վստահության խաթարված մթնոլորտը վերականգնելու նպատակով մենք պետք է գործենք բացառապես օրենսդրությամբ մեզ վերապահված իրավասությունների շրջանակներում»,- ասել է նախարարը և կոչ արել պատվով հաղթահարել պետականության բարօրությանն ուղղված մարտահրավերը։

Եվս մեկ անգամ շնորհավորելով և բեղուն գործունեություն մաղթելով նորանշանակ մարզպետին՝ Սուրեն Պապիկյանը միաժամանակ հավելել է, որ Լոռու մարզպետի պաշտոնը պատվից զատ նաև ծանր բեռ է, ուստի հորդորել է տարածքային կառավարման և տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմիններին համագործակցաբար սիրո, խաղաղության և անդորրի մթնոլորտ հաստատել մեր համայնքներում։

Իր խոսքում նորանշանակ մարզպետ Անդրեյ Ղուկասյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին և ՀՀ կառավարությանը պարտավորեցնող պաշտոնն իրեն վստահելու համար և շեշտել, որ Լոռին զարգացած և բարեկեցիկ դարձնելու գործում ջանք ու եռանդ չի խնայելու:
