Վարչապետ Փաշինյանը վստահեցրեց` ՀՀ կառավարությունը կաջակցի բոլոր ստեղծարար և նորարար գաղափարներին
SOCIETYՀՀ կառավարությունը նեցուկ է Հայաստանում տնտեսական գործունեություն ծավալել ցանկացողներին միայն մեկ պայմանով, եթե նրանց գործունեությունը կատարելապես համապատասխան լինի օրենքին: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` Հայաստանում անցկացվող Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի տնտեսական ֆորումի իր ելույթում այս մասին հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
Վարչապետը ներկաներին ողջունեց հայաստանյան հողի վրա, խորհրդանշական «Թումո» կենտրոնում, որն իր բնորոշմամբ՝ մարմնավորումն է նոր Հայաստանի:
«Ինչպես գիտեք, Հայաստանը գտնվում է մի փուլում, որտեղ մի անգամ եւս հաստատվեց իր նվիրվածությունն այնպիսի արժեքների, ինչպիսիք են ազատությունը, ժողովրդավարությունը, օրինահավասարությունը, մարդու իրավունքները՝ արժեքներ, որոնք նաեւ Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի հիմքում են, արժեքներ, որ Թավշյա հեղափոխության նշանաբանն են։ Թավշյա այդ հեղափոխությունը սոսկ քաղաքական չէր, այլեւ արժեքների հեղափոխություն էր։ Վերջին հաշվով՝ այդ հեղափոխությունն արժեք չի ունենա, եթե մենք չհասնենք նաեւ տնտեսական հեղափոխության։ Այդ իմաստով այսօր մենք գտնվում ենք մեր հեղափոխության ամենակարեւոր փուլում, եւ պետք է ապահովենք տնտեսական հաջողությունն` հստակ կանոններով` բոլոր նրանց համար, ովքեր ուզում են եւ կարող են սկսել տնտեսական գործունեություն Հայաստանում»,- ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
Վարչապետը նշեց`այդ կանոնները բազմիցս են բարձրաձայնվել: Սակայն, վարչապետը, օգտվելով գործարար տիկնանց եւ պարոնների ներկայությունից, կրկնեց, որ իրենք միայն երկու նախապայման եւ շահագրգռություն ունեն բոլոր նրանց համար, ովքեր Հայաստանում տնտեսական գործունեություն ծավալելու ցանկություն ունեն։ «Ցանկացած գործունեություն պետք է լինի կատարելապես համապատասխան օրենքին, եւ մենք կօգնենք բոլորին ստեղծել հնարավորին շատ աշխատատեղեր, եւ իհարկե, վճարել հարկեր»,- նշեց Փաշինյանն ու վստահեցրեց` ՀՀ կառավարությունը նեցուկ է նրանց, եթե այդ երկու պայմանները հարգվեն:
Վարչապետն ընդգծեց` իր համար կարևոր էր իմանալ, որ տնտեսական ֆորումի աշխատանքների ընթացքում հիմնական շեշտը դրվել է թվային տնտեսության վրա, քանի որ կառավարությունը նպատակն է ագրարային երկրից Հայաստանը վերածելու բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների երկրի։ «Նրանք , ովքեր ճանաչում են Հայաստանը, գիտեն որ մարդկային պատկառելի ռեսուրսներ կան այդ տնտեսական վերափոխումն իրականացնելու համար, որին անհրաժեշտ պայմանները հավաքված են»,- շեշտեց վարչապետը Փաշինյանը:
Վարչապետն իր գոհունակությունը հայտնեց քննարկումների արդյունքների առիթով, որոնք ի հայտ են բերել շատ հետաքրքիր նախաձեռնություններ։ Փաշինյանը վերահաստատեց` բոլորի ստեղծարար ու նորարար գաղափարները կգտնեն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության աջակցությունը։
Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի 17-րդ գագաթաժողովի շրջանակում «Թումո»-ում մեկնարկել էր տնտեսական ֆորումը: Հոկտեմբերի 10-ի այս միջոցառումն առաջինն է գագաթաժողովների պատմության մեջ: Այն անցկացվում է ՀՀ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանի բարձր հովանու ներքո: 2014թ.-ին Դաքարում անցկացված Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի 15-րդ գագաթաժողովի ընթացքում մասնակիցները պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել առավել խորացնել Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի տնտեսական ուղղությունը՝ ընդունելով Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի առաջին տնտեսական ռազմավարությունը: Ռազմավարության նպատակն է «ուժեղացնել ֆրանկոֆոն տնտեսական գոտին՝ դիմագրավելով տնտեսական, սոցիալական, էներգետիկ եւ բնապահպանական մարտահրավերների հանգեցնող խնդիրներին, ինչպես նաեւ հակազդել գլոբալ տնտեսական եւ ֆինանսական համակարգերում աճող անհամաչափություններին»:
