«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

ՀՀ ազգային վիճակագրության ծառայության հրապարակած տվյալների համաձայն` 2017 թվականի առաջին կիսամյակում Հայաստանում արտադրվել է 3 860.6 հազար լիտր գինի, ինչը նախորդ՝ 2016թ. նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ աճել է 29.8 տոկոսով: 2016թ. հունվար–հունիսին հանրապետությունում արտադրվել է 2 973.8 հազար լիտր գինի: Ըստ Ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության տվյալների՝ արդեն 2018թ. հունվար–մայիսին Հայաստանում արտադրվել է 3 378.6 հազար լիտր գինի։ 2017 թ. նույն ժամանակաշրջանի համեմատ այն աճել է 7.3%–ով։

Թեև ԱՎԾ տվյալներով 2018թ. նշված ժամանակահատվածում աճ է գրանցվել, այդուհանդերձ, Հայ գինեգործների միության նախագահ Ավագ Հարությունյանն արդեն այս փուլում նվազման միտումներ է արձանագրել: Նրա խոսքով, նվազման միտում կա բոլոր առումներով՝ թե՛ արտադրության, թե՛ արտահանման:

«Նվազման հետևանքը երկու հանգամանքով է պայմանավորված: Առաջինը ռուսական ռուբլու արժեզրկումն է՝ վերջին պատժամիջոցների հետ կապված: Երկրորդ պատճառը ներքին դաշտի հետ է կապված: Իշխանությունները պայքարում են կեղծարարության դեմ, ինչի արդյունքում պատրաստի արտադրանքի կեղծ քանակները պակասել են: Սա, իհարկե, դրական ազդեցություն կունենա: Առաջիկա երկու–երեք տարիներին բացասական միտումներ կլինեն՝ ապրանքի քանակը կնվազի, բայց հետո կտրուկ աճ կարձանագրենք: Արտադրությունը կավելանա, մարդիկ կփորձեն ազատվել կեղծ արտադրանքից, իսկ իրացումը կնվազի»,–«Փաստ»–ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Ավագ Հարությունյանը:

Միության նախագահը նշեց, որ թվերը ցուցիչ կլինեն այն բանի, թե այդ պայքարի առումով ինչպիսի՞ արդյունք ենք արձանագրել: Նրա խոսքով՝ որքան թվերը նվազեն, այդ հանգամանքը ցույց կտա արդյունքը:

Հարցին, թե այսօր առհասարակ գինեգործներն ի՞նչ խնդիրների առաջ են կանգնած, որոնք նաև առաջնային լուծում են պահանջում, Ավագ Հարությունյանը պատասխանեց.

«Խնդիրները շատ են: Առաջնային խնդիրներից մեկը՝ խաղող չկա, որ գինի սարքենք: Գինու խաղող չկա, ամբողջը կոնյակի խաղող է: Հիմնական խնդիրը սա է: Երկրորդն այն է, որ այգիները շատ վատ վիճակում են: Երրորդը, որ ֆիլոքսերան տարածվում է: Չորրորդ՝ հարկային դաշտը խիստ է գինու նկատմամբ: Խիստ է՝ ի տարբերություն մեր հարևան պետությունների՝ Վրաստանի, Ռուսաստանի, ինչպես նաև Արևմտյան Եվրոպայի երկրների»:

Հայ գինեգործների միության նախագահի դիտարկմամբ՝ վերոնշյալ խնդիրները տասնյակ տարիների կուտակումներ են և լուծում են պահանջում: «Այս պարագայում նոր կամ հին իշխանությունների հանգամանք չկա. կան խնդիրներ, որոնք շատ դժվար լուծելի են: Նշված բոլոր խնդիրները խորքային են: Տեսեք՝ առաջին խնդիրներից մեկը կեղծ արտադրանքն է: Հիմա, այսպես ասած, վախի հանգամանքը հաշվի առնելով՝ այն լուծվում է: Բայց թե այդ վախը որքա՞ն կմնա և որքա՞ն իր ազդեցությունը կունենա՝ չգիտեմ»,–նշեց Ավագ Հարությունյանը՝ հավելելով, որ այստեղ հետևողական պետք է լինել:
