Արմավիրի մարզում 46-ամյա տղամարդու սպանության գործով հետախուզում է հայտարարվել Վաղարշապատի բնակչի նկատմամբ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են Արմավիրի մարզում 46-ամյա տղամարդու սպանության հանգամանքները, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը։

 ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից,  2018թ. ապրիլի 23-ին՝ ժամը 18.55-ին, «Վաղարշապատ» Բ/Կ-ից հաղորդում է ստացվել առ այն, որ «կրծքավանդակի աջ կեսի կտրած-ծակած վերք, թափանցող միջնորմ՝ պերիկարդի և միոկարդի վնասումով, սրտի տամպոնադայով երրորդ-չորրորդ աստիճանի շոկ» ախտորոշմամբ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել Վաղարշապատի բնակիչ Ն.Հովհաննիսյանը՝ ծնված.1972թ: Վիրահատության ժամանակ՝ նույն օրը ժամը 21։45-ի սահմաններում, Ն.Հովհաննիսյանի մոտ արձանագրվել է սիրտ-անոթային սուր անբավարարություն և կենսաբանական մահ:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (սպանություն), որով հետագայում նախաքննության կատարումը հանձնարարվել է ՀՀ ՔԿ ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչությանը։ 

Նախնական քննությամբ կատարված անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բավարար փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ Ն.Հովհաննիսյանը կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքն ստացել է Վաղարշապատի կենտրոնական հրապարակում՝ Կոմիտասի հուշարձանի հարակից տարածքում տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ։ Պարզվել է վիճաբանության շարժառիթը, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով Վաղարշապատի բնակիչ է` ծնված 1967 թ.։

Քրեական գործով նշանակվել են դիակի դատաբժշկական, դատակենսաբանական, համալիր մանրաթելային, դատահետքաբանական, տեսաձայնագրային և համակարգչատեխնիկական փորձաքննություններ: Հարցաքննվել են բազմաթիվ վկաներ, կատարվել անձին լուսանկարով ճանաչման ներկայացնելու քննչական գործողություններ:

Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ 51-ամյա տղամարդը որպես մեղադրյալ է ներգրավվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով։ Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը, և հայտարարվել հետախուզում։

Հանձնարարություն է տրվել ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումներին՝ ակտիվացնել օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների ձեռնարկումը՝ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձին հայտնաբերելու և քննչական մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։

 

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
