Արա Բաբլոյանը եւ Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը քննարկել են համագործակցության նոր հարթակի ստեղծումը
SOCIETYՀոկտեմբերի 8-ին ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Արա Բաբլոյանն ընդունել է ՌԴ Դաշնային ժողովի Պետական դումայի ԱՊՀ գործերով, եվրասիական ինտեգրման եւ հայրենակիցների հետ կապերի կոմիտեի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Կոնստանտին Զատուլինին:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի լրատվության և հանրության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, հանդիպման ընթացքում Արա Բաբլոյանը եւ Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը, անդրադառնալով հայ-ռուսական միջխորհրդարանական հարաբերություններին, կարեւորել են փոխշահավետ համագործակցությունն ու այնպիսի ծրագրերի իրականացումը, որոնք հնարավորություն կտան առավել ամրապնդել հայ-ռուսական հասարակական-քաղաքական եւ հոգեւոր-մշակութային կապերը:
Խորհրդարանի ղեկավարին ներկայացնելով իր նոր գաղափարը` Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը նշել է, որ լինելով հայ ժողովրդի մեծ բարեկամը եւ տարիներ շարունակ աշխատելով հայ-ռուսական բարեկամության հետագա ամրապնդման ուղղությամբ` հանդես է գալիս մի նախաձեռնությամբ, որի նպատակն է այս ասպարեզներում նոր թափ հաղորդել հայ-ռուսական կապերի ամրապնդմանը:
Նախաձեռնությունը վերաբերում է երկու երկրների պետական, գիտական, մշակութային եւ հանրային ոլորտներում ոչ ֆորմալ՝ առավել անմիջական բնույթի հաղորդակցության նոր հարթակ ստեղծելուն: Ընդ որում, այն կոչվելու է «Լազարյան ակումբ»՝ ի պատիվ Ռուսաստանի բարօրության եւ հայ-ռուսական բարեկամության համար հսկայական գործ կատարած հռչակավոր Լազարյան տոհմի:
Նախատեսվում է այն դարձնել Հայաստանի եւ Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիական հասարակությունների միջեւ նոր ու յուրօրինակ հարթակ, որը կնպաստի տարբեր հարթություններում հայ-ռուսական հասարակական երկխոսությանը, երկու բարեկամ ժողովուրդների միջեւ մշակութային, աշխատանքային, տնտեսական եւ գիտական կապերի ընդլայնմանն ու ամրապնդմանը:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերն անդրադարձել են նաեւ հոկտեմբերի 29-30-ը Երեւանում կայանալիք ՀԱՊԿ ԽՎ խորհրդի եւ վեհաժողովի լիագումար նիստերի աշխատանքների կազմակերպմանն առնչվող հարցերին` ընդգծելով, որ վեհաժողովն իր նպաստը կբերի տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության օրենսդրական ապահովման գործին:
ՀԱՊԿ ԽՎ խորհրդի եւ վեհաժողովի լիագումար նիստերը Հայաստանում անցկացնելու նախապատրաստական աշխատանքների շրջանակներում ավելի վաղ ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովում հանդիպումներ էր ունեցել նաեւ ՀԱՊԿ ԽՎ պատասխանատու քարտուղար Պյոտր Ռյաբուխինը: Օրերս աշխատանքային այցով Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում էր գտնվում ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի՝ կազմակերպչական հարցերով աշխատանքային խումբը:
Իսկ առաջիկայում նախատեսվում է ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Արա Բաբլոյանի եւ ՌԴ Դաշնային ժողովի Պետական դումայի նախագահ Վյաչեսլավ Վոլոդինի հանդիպումը:
