Վերջին 9 ամիսներին Վայոց ձորում կոռուպցիոն բնույթի հանցագործություններով մոտ 5 մլն դրամ է վերականգնվել. Դատախազություն
SOCIETYՎայոց ձորի մարզի դատախազությունում ամփոփվել են 2018 թվականի 9 ամիսներին կոռուպցիոն բնույթի հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի արդյունքները:
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից, Վայոց ձորի մարզի վարչական տարածքում նշված ժամանակահատվածում կոռուպցիոն բնույթի հանցագործությունների դեպքերի վերաբերյալ մարզի քրեական հետապնդման մարմինների կողմից հարուցվել է թվով 17 քրեական գործ, որը 2017 թվականի նույն ժամանակվա ցուցանիշից ավելի է 14-ով կամ գրեթե 6 անգամ: Եվս 2 քրեական գործ ստացվել է քրեական հետապնդում իրականացնող այլ մարմնից:
Նշված քրեական գործերով 5 անձի նկատմամբ /համայնքի ղեկավար, մարզպետարանի վարչության պետ, դպրոցի նախկին տնօրեն, հաշվապահ, ՓԲԸ նյութական պատասխանատու անձ/ հարուցվել է քրեական հետապնդում, և նրանց բոլորին առաջադրվել են մեղադրանքներ:
2018 թվականի 9 ամիսների ընթացքում կոռուպցիոն բնույթի հանցագործությունների վերաբերյալ դատարանում քննված 2 քրեական գործով դատապարտվել է 4 անձ /համայնքի 1 նախկին ղեկավար, «Եղեգնաձորի երկրագիտական թանգարան» ՊՈԱԿ-ի 2 նախկին տնօրեններն ու հաշվապահը/:
Կոռուպցիոն բնույթի հանցագործությունները, որոնցով հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր, արձանագրվել են հիմնականում կրթության, տրանսպորտի, սոցիալական ապահովության և տեղական ինքնակառավարման ոլորտներում:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ 2018 թվականի 9 ամիսների ընթացքում կոռուպցիոն բնույթի հանցագործություններով ՀՀ պետական բյուջե է վերականգնվել 1.902.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումար, ևս 3.482.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումար վերականգնվել է համայնքային բյուջե: Համեմատության համար նշվում է, որ 2017 թվականի նույն ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ պետական բյուջե էր վերականգնվել ընդամենը 78.380 ՀՀ դրամ, իսկ համայնքային բյուջե` 1.050.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումար: Բացի այդ, ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Վայոց ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում տրանսպորտային միջոցների տեխնիկական զննություն կատարելիս քաղաքացիների կողմից կատարված վճարումները հափշտակելու դեպքի վերաբերյալ քննվող քրեական գործով «Մ...» ԲԲԸ տնօրենի կողմից պատրաստակամություն է հայտնվել պետությանը պատճառված վնասից հատուցել 10.000.000 ՀՀ դրամը:
Վերոգրյալից բացի, պետության գույքային շահերի պաշտպանության նկատառումներով Վայոց ձորի մարզի դատախազության դատախազների կողմից տարբեր բնագավառներում կատարվել են ուսումնասիրություններ, որոնց արդյունքներով տրվել են թվով 8 նախազգուշացումներ` ՀՀ պետական բյուջե վերականգնելով իրավախախտումների հետևանքով պետությանը պատճառված 2.818.000 ՀՀ դրամի վնասը:
