Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ԱԻ նախարարության աշխատակազմին ներկայացրեց նորանշանակ նախարար Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանին
SOCIETYՀայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության աշխատակազմին ներկայացրեց նորանշանակ նախարար Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանին: ՀՀ վարչապետն ԱԻ նախարարության աշխատակիցների հետ հանդիպմանն ընդգծեց, որ նախարարի փոփոխության հանգամանքները բոլորին հայտնի են, ուստի դրանց անդրադառնալու կարիք չի տեսնում: «Ես ուզում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել նախկին նախարար Հրաչյա Ռոստոմյանին կատարած աշխատանքի համար և ուզում եմ շնորհավորել նորանշանակ նախարար Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանին:
Պարոն Ցոլակյանը պետական կառավարման համակարգում նոր մարդ չէ: Հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունը ինչ-որ առումով նաև ուժային կառույց է՝ պարոն Ցոլակյանը նոր մարդ չէ նաև մեր ուժային համակարգում: Գիտեք, որ նա երկար տարիներ աշխատել է ազգային անվտանգության համակարգում, ունի գեներալ-լեյտենանտի զինվորական կոչում»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ նշեց վարչապետը:
Նա հավելեց, որ այս նշանակմամբ ցանկացել է ընդգծել, որ ընթացիկ քաղաքական գործընթացների ընթացքում և առաջիկայում սպասվող արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից հետո պետք է խնդիր դնեն, որպեսզի երկրի, պետության զարգացման գործում համախմբեն երկրում առկա ողջ պրոֆեսիոնալ ներուժը: Սա չափազանց կարևոր շեշտադրում է, և ես ուզում եմ ևս մեկ անգամ հավաստիացնել, որ ապագայում և ընդհանրապես մեր կադրային քաղաքականություն տրամաբանությունը լինելու է պրոֆեսիոնալիզմն ու պատրաստակամությունը իրականացնել այն ծառայությունը, որը ենթադրվում է, որ պետք է իրականացվի»,- ընդգծեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
Վարչապետն ուրախությամբ նշեց, որ Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանի նշանակումն ԱԻ նախարարի պաշտոնում դրական արձագանք է ստացել հանրության մոտ՝ շեշտելով, որ դա ապացուցում է, որ Հայաստանում հանրության մոտ կա ընկալում, որ կա գծեր գծելու և գծերը ջնջելու ժամանակը: «Եվ հիմա մենք թևակոխում ենք մի շրջան, երբ իսկապես պետք է ավարտենք գծեր գծելու ժամանակը և թևակոխենք այդ գծերը ջնջելու ժամանակը: Ես ցանկանում եմ Ձեզ շնորհակալություն հայտնել, պարոն Ցոլակյան, որ Դուք այդ ոչ պարզ որոշումը կայացրեցիք և ստանձնեցիք այս պատասխանատու պաշտոնը: Ես ուզում եմ Ձեզ և մեզ բոլորիս հաջողություն մաղթել»,- եզրափակեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
