ԱՄՆ-ը 6 մարտական ինքնաթիռ է ուղարկել Թուրքիայի «Ինջիրլիք» ռազմաբազա

ԱՄՆ-ի օդուժը Թուրքիայի «Ինջիռլիք» ռազմաբազա 6 հատ F-15 տեսակի մարտական ինքնաթիռ է ուղարկել:
Վկայակոչելով թուրքական «Ջումհուրիեթ» թերթը, ԱՄՆ-ի օդուժի Եվրոպայի եւ Աֆրիկայի գծով հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժինն այս քայլը բնութագրել է որպես Թուրքիայի ինքնիշխանության եւ տարածաշրջանի անվտանգության համար «լուրջ աջակցություն»:
Կործանիչ ինքնաթիռները Թուրքիա են ուղարկվել բրիտանական Fighter Wing 48-րդ ռազմական բազայից: Նրանց հիմնական պարտականությունը պետք է հանդիսանա Թուրքիայի օդային տարածքն արտաքին միջամտությունից պաշտպանելու գործում աջակցությունը:
«Որպես ՆԱՏՕ-ի դաշնակիցներ, ԱՄՆ-ը եւ Թուրքիան կիսում են տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության եւ կայունության համար պատասխանատվությունը», -ասվում է այդ առնչությամբ ամերիկյան կողմի արած հայտարարության մեջ:
ԱՄՆ բանակը Եվրոպայի հրամանատարության այս քայլը բնութագրել է, որպես Ռուսաստանի հնարավոր սպառնալիքներից ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամներին պաշտպանելու պատրաստության հետ կապված «բացահայտ ուղերձ»:
ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Յան Ստոլտենբերգն օրերս հայտարարել էր, որ Միջերկրական ծովի արեւելյան ափին Ռուսաստանի ռազմական մասնակցության ընդլայնումն անհանգստութուն է առաջացնում, եւ առաջարկել բանակցություններ սկսել ՆԱՏՕ-ի կողմից դրան հավասարազոր պատասխան տալու համար:
Բացի այդ, անցյալ ամիս ռուսաստանյան կործանիչի թուրքական օդային տարածքի խախտումը խիստ բողոքի պատճառ էր դարձել Անկարայում եւ Բրյուսելում:
