ԱՄՆ-ի նոր պատժամիջոցները, որոնք կարող են ուժի մեջ մտնել ընթացիկ տարվա նոյեմբերին, մեծ ազդեցություն չեն գործի Իրանի ֆինանսական ու նավթային գործունեության վրա: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հառտարարել Է Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության Կենտրոնական բանկի ղեակավար Աբդոլնասեր Հեմաթին:

«ԱմՆ-ի կառավարությունն արդեն արել Է այն ամենը, ինչ ցանկանում Էր: Սահմանափակումների հետ կապված հիմնական աշխատանքը, որով նրանք զբաղվում են ամեն օր, Իրանի ֆինանսական գործունեությանը եւ իրանական նավթի արտահանմանը խանգարելն Է: Ըստ իս, նյեմբերին ոչ մի առանձնահատուկ բան տեղի չի ունենա»,- ասել Է Իրանի ԿԲ-ի ղեկավարը ՌԻԱ Նվովոստիին:

«Ես միայն կարող եմ ասել, որ նրանց չհաջողվեց խոչընդոտներ ստեղծել Իրանի ֆիանսական ու նավթային գործունեության համար: Կարող եմ ասել, որ հաջողության հասնելու համար նրանք հիմք չունեն»,- ասել Է Հեմաթին՝ ամփոփելով Ռուսաստան կատարած այցի արդյունքները:

Ավելի վաղ Իրանի ազգային նավթընկերության (NIOC) ղեկավար Աքի Քարդորը Իհայտարարել Է, որ Թեհրանը չի պլանավորում նվազեցնել նավթի արդյունահանման ծավալը, չնայած ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից նոր պատժամիջոցների սահմանման սպառնալիքին: Նրա խոսքով՝ Իրանը կշարունակի արդյունահանումը, «օգտագործելով իր ունեցած բոլոր հզորությունները», եւ երկիրը խնդիրներ չի ունենա նավթի վաճառքից դրամական միջոցների ստացման հարցում: «Եվրամիության հետ համաձայնագրի կնքման համար Իրանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության գործադրած ջանքերն ուղղված են այդ խնդրի լուծման տարբեր միջոցների ստեղծմանը»,- հավելել Է Քարդորը:

Իր հերթին Իրանի նախագահ Հասան Ռոուհանին հայտարարել Է, որ ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից կիրառվող պատժամիջոցներն ուղղված են ոչ թե Իրանի իշխանությունների, այլ իրանական ժողովրդի ու առաջընթացի դեմ: Պատժամիջոցներն «ունեն միայն մեկ ազդեցություն, դրանք բարդացնում են իրանական ժողովրդի առօրյա բնականոն կյանքը», ասել Է Ռոուհանին: Երրորդ երկրներին պատժամիջոցների սպառնալիքներով, որոնք պաշտպանում են բիզնեսը իրանցի գործընկերների հետ, ԱՄՆ- ցանկանում Է կանգնեցնել Իրանի առաջընթացը:

«Դա ոչ մի օգուտ չի բերում ո՛չ ԱՄՆ-ին, ո՛չ Իրանին, ո՛չ Էլ ամբողջ տարածաշրջանին»,- նշել Է նախագահը: «Պատմությունը ցույց կտա, որ այժմ ԱՄՆ-ը մեծ սխալ Է կատարում»,- ընդգծել Է նա:

Ընդ որում Ռոուհանին ասել Է, որ պատժամիջոցների սահմանմամբ ԱՄՆ-ը խոչընդոտում Է համաշխարհային առեւտրատնտեսական համագործակցության բնականոն զարգացումը, ուստի նա «հեռանկարում չի կարողանա նման ճնշում գործադրել երկար ժամանակ, դա չի նպաստելու այն նպատակի իրագործմանը», որը դրել Է Վաշինգտոնը:

ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը մայիսի 8-ին հայտարարել Է, որ Վաշինգտոնը դուրս Է գալիս միջուկային ծրագրի վերաբերյալ Իրանի հետ համաձայնագրից եւ վերականգնում Է Իրանի դեմ բոլոր պատժամիջոցները, այդ թվում՝ պատժամիջոցներն այն երկրների նկատմամբ, որոնք բիզնես են վարում Իրանի հետ: «Վեցյակի մնացած անդամները դեմ են արտահայտվել ԱՄՆ-ի այդ քայլին: Վաշիգնտոնի եվրոպական գործընկերները հայտարարել են, որ մտադիր են պահպանել Իրանի հետ կնքված գործարքի պայմանները:
