ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազն ընդունել է ՀՀ-ում ՌԴ դեսպանին
SOCIETYՀայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանն այսօր ընդունել է Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի դաշնության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինին: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից, քննարկվել են երկու երկրների միջև քրեաիրավական ոլորտում փոխհարաբերությունների զարգացման նոր հնարավորություններին վերաբերող հարցեր:
Պարոն Կոպիրկինը շեշտել է երկու երկրների իրավապահ համակարգերի միջև կապերի առավել ամրապնդման անհրաժեշտությունը և այդ հարցում ՌԴ դեսպանության օժանդակության պատրաստակամությունը:
ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը բարձր է գնահատել ինչպես երկկողմ, այնպես էլ բազմակողմ ձևաչափերով ՀՀ և ՌԴ դատախազությունների միջև առկա գործակցությունը, որը լիարժեք համապատասխանում է երկու պետությունների դաշնակցային, բարեկամական հարաբերությունների բարձր մակարդակին և ոգուն:
Արթուր Դավթյանն ընդգծել է, որ 2006թ. առ այսօր գլխավոր դատախազների մակարդակով ՀՀ և ՌԴ դատախազությունների միջև հաստատվող համագործակցության ծրագրերը լայն հնարավորություններ են տալիս համատեղ միջոցառումներով կատարելագործելու մասնագիտական ռեսուրսները, ձևավորելու իրավական փոխօգնության արդյունավետությունը բարձրացնելու առավել անմիջական միջավայր, նախանշելու համագործակցության շրջանակներն ընդլայնելու նոր ուղղություններ:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև բարեկամ երկրներ միջև քաղաքացիների և ծառայությունների տեղաշարժի ակտիվացմանը զուգահեռ միմյանց երկրներում քաղաքացիների իրավունքների քրեաիրավական պաշտպանության առավել գործուն մեխանիզմների կիրառմանը, արդարադատությունից խուսափող անձանց հայտնաբերելուն, անդրազգային բնույթ կրող հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարում համատեղ ջանքերն ավելացնելուն առնչվող խնդիրներին:
Պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել օրակարգային խնդիրներն ավելի օպերատիվ լուծելու նպատակով հաճախակի դարձնել նմանատիպ հանդիպումները:
ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը նաև ցավակցություն է հայտնել դեսպանին՝ ՌԴ գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ Սահակ Կարապետյանի ողբերգական մահվան կապակցությամբ: Արթուր Դավթյանը նշել է, որ դա մեծ կորուստ էր նաև Հայաստանի դատախազության համակարգի համար, քանի որ բարձր պրոֆեսիոնալ հատկանիշներով օժտված հայազգի գործիչն իր բազմահմուտ աշխատանքով, հատկապես վերջին տասնամյակում նաև գործունեության բնույթով պայմանավորված, առանձնահատուկ սրտացավությամբ և ջանասիրությամբ մեծապես նպաստել է երկու երկրների դատախազական կառույցների միջև հարաբերությունների զարգացմանը:
